As they flew, one of the Namekians actually flew by and towards the village they were approaching. Shadic had been going slowly, to keep in pace with his friend, so the green man flew by with ease. Tadeo wanted to follow the guy, and since Shadic didn't figure there was any better way to find one of the planet's inhabitants at the moment, he agreed by nodding. With that said, Tadeo shouted out to the slug man, telling him to slow down. He did it in a friendly voice, as to not seem intimidating, but the Namekian had gained some space between them. He did not seem intent on stopping.
Shadic knew he could probably, most likely, maybe even easily, catch the green man and slow him down until Tadeo arrived, but where's the fun in that? He cupped his hands as the two Saiyans flew and shouted, "WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE, WE ARE JUST HERE TO EXPLORE!"

Sanctimonious Asshat stopped at the edge of the village, facing back at the aliens that was closing in. He crossed his arms over his chest and watched them as they drew closer and closer. They said they were of no threat, but still did not give him the reason to believe them on the spot. As far as he saw it, he was all that stood between them and his village should they be lying. He dropped to a plateau below, spreading his legs into a stoic stance and pressing his shoulders back, his arms still crossed and watching carefully.
"What are you and why are you on Namek?'"
These were the only questions racing through Sanctimonious Asshat's mind and the only two he would ask of the aliens before making a decision on them and how he should handle the situation at hand.

Seeing that the Namekian stopped in front of them, Tadeo sighed in relief. The guy still seemed tense though, and as he turned around to cross his arms, Tadeo realized this. Stopping in front of the Namekian, he kept his arms at his side, but stayed on the defensive, just in case. The Namekian dropped to the ground, and Tadeo followed. He stood on the lower side of the plateau, keeping his hands to his side. The Namekian asked them two questions. Easy enough to answer.
"We're Saiyans from planet Earth. I have a job with Capsule Corp, who does trade with your planet. They sent me here to run an errand, and it's my first time here on Namek. So, I decided to go exploring to see what it's like. It's not everyday that I'd be able to come to Namek." Tadeo put his hands in his pocket. He was being blatantly honest with his words. After all, there was no way for him to get to Namek instantly before. Wait, okay, now I CAN go to Namek whenever I want. But before today, no, I couldn't. But who knows? I might think traveling by ship would be way more fun than using a Gate.
"I swear, I'm gonna eat your entire race." - Tadeo
"Tycho is no longer Tycho. Tycho is now little girl. Yes!" - Majin Tycho
"Stupid scouter, coming off my face like that! Where the fuck is it!? There it fucking is! Hah!" - Sarai
The Namekian did not seem as passive as most of the others Shadic had met. This one seemed protective, which was very respectable. To him, the Saiyans were just a bunch of strangers, ones who had the potential to attack his home. Plus, the strangers looked completely different than basically everybody else on the planet, making them even more strange and untrustworthy. Shadic understood, so he spoke after Tadeo finished, "Well, I'm part Saiyan, part human, but I am still from Earth. Emphasis on the 'from Earth' part. We do not want to harm anything or anybody on this planet in any way. Like my friend said, we're just exploring this place a little bit before we head back home," Aside from their words, there was no real way for them to prove their trustworthiness.
Thinking about it, Shadic never really had a conversation with a full Namekian. There was one Namekian that he exchanged a few words with when Earth was going to war with that one planet, but aside from him the closest thing was Nexon. And while Nexon's home was Namek, he definitely didn't fit the typical green slug man mold.

"Saiyans? Earth? Those are merely form the tales the elders tell the younger namekians to teach them lessons of the past. This cannot be the truth."
Sanctimonious Asshat stated boldly, he stood adamantly behind the teachings and truths of the elder namekians. They had always told him that these places and people were myths, tales to enthuse the younger namekians to strive in power. He kept his stance, not moving an inch to lower his guard. He insisted to know more of these 'saiyans' and whether or not they truly were what they claimed they were. He still remained as stoic and yet as terrified as he was when he first witnessed them, the idea of these legends coming true could be a bad omen to the planet.

Tadeo studied the Namekian, after Shadic had finished explaining he was only HALF Saiyan. Ah, dammit. Forgot he and Reku were only halflings. The Namekian said something about the elders telling them about Saiyans, and that they were just tales. This was practically a challenge to see if the two in front of this Namekian really were Saiyans. Thinking about it, it could prove to be a problem, revealing to him so quickly that Saiyans were real, after their elders had told them for so long they weren't. Tadeo thought about it some more. He didn't know who these "elders" were, but he assumed them to be like monks or fathers to the Namekians. From what he could infer, this was pretty likely.
Regardless of the elders, the Namekian wasn't letting up. While it could probably be just a good idea to leave, promising the Namekian no harm, it could possibly put it more on edge, and a fight could possibly ensue. With Tadeo's strength right now, he'd rather avoid that possibility. Crossing his arms and thinking about it for a moment, an idea popped into his head to prove the Namekian that Saiyans existed. Even though they had their elder's teachings, Tadeo decided he'd at least try to pique the Namekian's interest. He didn't want to ignore someone's tradition, but this wouldn't be the first time he played "asshole" and did that.
"All right, how 'bout this? Did your elders ever tell you about the Super Saiyans?" He motioned a hand above his head and above his face as he spoke. "Ya know, the golden hair and blue-green eyes? Elite Saiyans can turn into this. Ever heard of those?" Briefly, Tadeo looked to Shadic, to see if he was following him on this.

The Namekian did not believe the duo when they explained what they were. Understandably so, as he had been told that Saiyans were nothing more than legends, apparently, meaning he had no firsthand experience with them. Tadeo thought of ways to convince the slug man to change his beliefs, so Shadic let him think. Meanwhile, the hybrid tried to look further into this specific Namekian. His speed, which was demonstrated earlier, was superior to Tadeo, meaning he was either really fast or really strong, or both. Either way, the last thing Shadic wanted to do was get into a tussle with this creature, especially over something so trivial.
Tadeo seemed to think of a plan, which had to do with the legend of Super Saiyans. It was a well-known story, no doubt, but Shadic hadn't ever heard of a Super Saiyan until he witnessed it for the first time, and he actually knew a thing or two about other races and species. This plan seemed like a very poor one, but it was worth a shot. Shadic pitched in upon seeing Tadeo's look, "Uh, yeah. Saiyans are able to essentially power up when the moment is dire, and then after some training, whenever they want. We could demonstrate if you want."

Sanctimonious Asshat listened to their attempts to explain to him the matter of these places and these races both truly existing in the universe and not merely in the tales of yore. It seemed their attempts were now targeted with something known as Super Saiyan, this too had been in the legends but it had also been a legend with in itself. Deciding it was sufficient enough in its own regard to justify their truths, the namekian flared up his own ki as a translucent, but lightly green ki surrounded him.
"A legend from within a legend of its own. Interesting, show me this power as I show my own. No point in someone being left out I suppose."
Sanctimonious Asshat spoke sarcastically as he did so, waiting for the halfling saiyans to take their turn on the matter.

Tadeo saw Shadic in agreement, and assumed he caught on with what he was getting at. He smirked and looked to the Namekian. "Well, whaddya say?" He watched the Namekian as he pondered on it, then suddenly felt the Namekian's power sky rocketing. A green Ki appeared over another, clear Ki, and the Namekian seemed to grow in strength. Tadeo's eyes widened and he gritted his teeth. Sighing, Tadeo rolled his eyes and face palmed. Looking back to Shadic briefly, he raised an eyebrow and tilted his head towards Sanctimonious Asshat. Tadeo wasn't sure about his own strength at this point, but there was no point in turning back, now. Well, shit, this wasn't what I was expecting. Hopefully, I make it out of this alive, if we do end up throwing down.
Tadeo balled up his fists and let his Ki grow bigger. He growled a bit as his hair turned golden, his eyes turned a blue-green, and his Ki turned from green to gold. His power level soared, but not as much as the Namekian's, unfortunately. Once the transformation was complete, Tadeo spiked his Ki, the golden energy shooting up into the air. Electricity shot around Tadeo as he transformed into his Super Saiyan. He sighed, realizing his power was nowhere close to the Namekian's. Disappointed, the Saiyan turned to his halfling friend, waiting for him to transform. "Well, that's two of us down. Only you left."
Tadeo didn't expect anything less than a much higher power level from Shadic. He knew the Saiyan-Human hybrid standing behind him was no joke, and much stronger than himself. This upset him, some, and he wanted to prove he could reach his power some day. He wasn't going to let anything stop him from reaching those heights.

Shadic was impressed by the high power exhibited by the Namekian before him. This was certainly the strongest one he'd ever met, further confirmed by his ability to increase his power by so much. In fact, it took every cell in Shadic's body to not suggest a spar of some kind. Sanctimonious Asshat was clearly a formidable foe, and Shadic could just tell the guy was still holding back some of his power. Why reveal everything he had to a couple of strange aliens?
Tadeo, who seemed to be quite flustered by the green man's power, also powered up, increasing his power to a point that was not even close to their new acquaintance. Still, Tadeo was a lot stronger than he remembered, meaning he still had a lot more room to grow in terms of power.
Looking between the two, Shadic realized it was his turn to power up, but he knew his transformation wouldn't be as grandiose as the others. He set his arms at his sides, clenched his fists, and powered up. A milky white aura formed around the hybrid, but it quickly filled with color, taking on a similar hue to Tadeo's golden ki. His hair waved to life, the energy spiking most of it upwards, excluding a single lock that hung down near his forehead. His dark eyebrows and spikes of hair seemingly blinked on like a light, changing from their usual black to a more yellowish gold. Finally, he blinked his eyes, revealing fluorescent blue pupils in place of the normal black.
Since he'd trained his power to never be detectable under any circumstance, his transformation was a bit underwhelming. Shadic felt stronger, no doubt, but the only indication that anything happened was his altered appearance. Shadic smiled, "Sorry if you were expecting something more flashy or whatever."
