Bullet gave me permission to make this fellow into an NPC, but if he ever actually returns, he gets the character back. There are slight edits to this sheet, mostly to fill holes Bullet seemed to forget or to update old BB site stuff. I added a few techniques to his arsenal, though, because two doesn't seem like enough for Big Shot.
Character's name: Brand Herman
Nickname(s): Big Shot, Not Shot
Gender: Male
Age: 28; 31 after timeskip
Appearance/Picture: Brand typically wears a full suit, coloured a darkish green, with the shirt and tie being of a somewhat darker shade. He wears a pair of sunglasses with a purple fade upon their lenses. Brand himself has a fair skin tone, with a few cuts along his face and bright yellow eyes. His hair is a mess of various brown locks rumpled up atop his head. ((The image above is a close-ish representation of the written appearance)).
Race: Human, with cybernetic augmentations; aka Android
Alignment: Mostly Lawful Good... Mostly.
Personality: His outward personality is exactly as you'd expect from a Big Shot, tons of flirting, sarcasm and smart-talk, but with quite a good bloke mixed in. Despite what some may think, Brand is quite intelligent, especially when it comes to technology.
History: The tradition of Big Shot was one of the most known from Earth, something which was taken into consideration all across the planet. There was exist a person, the most balanced of skill, the master of all powers, but also a master of charm and conversation. This person would be known as Big Shot, a title to be held with grandeur. Upon being chosen, the Big Shot is gifted with the legendary weapon Lucky, a golden plated revolver, along with many cybernetic enhancements provided by specialists cross the world.
Brand got the call moments after taking down a powerful, intergalactic villain. Already being an extraordinary ranged fighter, the Lucky weapon was like a third hand to him, able to expertly wield it without trouble, the enhancements further increasing his potency in the field.
He now lives in the coveted Big Shot Mansion, making sure to get some rest and time with his ladies while not busy saving the planet from various threats. Well, he was supposed to be busy saving the planet from various threats, but he got busy with some new technological advancements. Brand is persistent that, had it not been for his focus on enhancing his technology, he would have been able to stop the Demon War from ever even happening. In his eyes, he's still the best hero on the planet, and his always-increasing fan base would back him up on that claim.
During the timeskip, Brand Herman heard about the new heroic sensation, John Smith. The hero's rise to fame, which was quite similar to Brand's own rise to fame, made the android curious. He scheduled a meeting with John Smith, in which John Smith convinced Brand to go back to protecting Earth (aka, John Smith sat around as Brand convinced himself to go back to defending the planet; with John Smith's help, of course). Thus, the uberfamous duo was born. Also during the timeskip, Brand returned to his planet defending ways. Now, Big Shot is back, and better than ever.
Power Level: 78000 (link for proof); locked at 78,000 as an NPC

Stats:
AGI: 20
END: 25
STR: 25
FOC: 30

Traits:
1. Traps: Not Shot has developed special rounds for Lucky, the pistol of the Big Shots. He is able to load these rounds. These traps take two turns to set up and fire missiles when activated. The missiles trace their opponent and are hard to avoid.
3. Stun: Once per topic, and only once per person per topic, Brand Herman gets a free stun on the enemy, assuming the attack hits. For the next three turns, the opponent is paralyzed and unable to do anything.
22. First Aid: Brand is capable of administering first aid to himself or another character. If the wounds are minor (scrapes, bruises, cuts), the healing takes only one post. If there are moderate wounds (fractures, large gashes, etc), the healing takes three posts. If there are critical wounds (broken bones, punctured minor organs, etc), the healing takes five posts. If the wounds would be fatal, the healing takes seven posts.
Techniques:
*Energy Boost 1.0 - Brand Herman kicks his servos into overdrive and gains a 2x power boost for five posts. Can only be used once per thread.
*Energy Boost 2.0 - Brand Herman doubles his power output for a short time, increasing his power by 4x. Can only be used once per thread. His eyes literally glow yellow while this technique is active, and if he's wearing a pair of sunglasses, the lenses shatter from the sheer power of Big Shot. Cannot stack with Energy Boost 1.0.
*Ki Caliber: Supercharges a bullet in Lucky's chamber with ki energy, causing a loud, laser-like sound to rip through the air as the glowing bullet flies. The bullet deals 2 x FOC in damage and can be fired instantly, though the cooldown on this attack is 5 turns. Cannot be charged for more damage.
*Telekinesis: Moving objects with ki is not a terribly difficult task, though doing it with any form of precision or restraint requires a good deal of practice. Telekinesis allows a person to move relatively small objects without having to even touch them, including weapons. Can't be used for moving other characters.
*Robot Summon: Flavoured, and weakened, minions trait. Big Shot can summon up to four robot minions to work for him. They are all 1/8 of his PL. Once one robot is destroy no otherw can be made for the rest of the thread. The robots have miniguns attached to their right arms at the elbow, which fire regular bullets as well as ki blasts. Brand can control these robots with his mind and he can even make them speak with their monotone, robotic voices.
*Badass Robot: Big Shot's four robots can join forces and create a being 1/2 of his PL. This robot only lasts for five turns before it falls apart. All four robots are needed to create the badass robot.
*Mental Encryption - Since Brand is an android, his mind is partially robotic. He has developed a mind blocker that protects him from any vile mind reading and mental attacks.
*Body Encryption - Brand also developed a body encryption device that prevents himself from getting hacked or possessed in any way.
Weaknesses:
*Doesn't always realize when he should stop, in fights and in conversations.
*Rushes into fights against evils, even when it clearly isn't a good idea.
*Doesn't really take most things seriously.
Items:
*Lucky - The Big Shot is gifted a special revolver that can fire specialized ki bolts and bullets. Since Brand Herman is the Big Shot, he is the current wielder of Lucky. The gun also fires regular bullets, which Brand uses for aesthetic purposes.
*Bank Account - Brand Herman is a multi-kajillionaire. This money does not act as zeni.
*Communicator Device - Brand developed a set of Bluetooth communication devices that he shares with all his allies. Anybody who has one of these devices can talk to each other, including Big Shot.
*Computer Database - Big Shot has an expansive database of information, gathered from the dozens of Big Shots from the past and the one of the present. Paired with the internet, this database has arguably more information than any government database, with even more impenetrable encryptions and firewalls. Brand, his robots, and his allies have access to this database so long as they are using a Big Shot-made computer.
NPC Q/A:
*What is the purpose of this NPC?
-Big Shot is a crucial character to Shadic, Reku, and Sonnelion's developments, and due to Bullet's inactivity, a lot of those plotlines have never actually concluded. Big Shot will mostly appear in John Smith's threads to help the hero focus on fighting crime rather than trying to live a normal life. Big Shot/Not Shot/Brand Herman will rarely, if ever, fight in threads with John Smith.
There will be some threads where Big Shot appears alongside Shadic, but those threads will only include Shadic, Reku, Sonnelion, Lizbeth, and/or Tadeo; unless somebody requests Big Shot.
In some threads, like the anime convention thread, Big Shot will appear alone, but those are special requests only and will not happen often by any means.
*Do you give the staff permission to use this NPC should the need arise?
-Yes
