Race:
Lizardman Spirit Abomination.
In his original life Sythius was an reptilian alien. However, after his soul was sent to the reincarnation chamber, most of his soul was destroyed when an evil spirit damaged the machine. A renegade Shin-Jin remade him by stitching together the smithereens of several obliterated souls, to create a Neo-Sythius. The result was a completely different 'Sythius' that held little resemblance to the original.
Alignment:
Sythius has a very warped set of morals. He fantasizes about aiding people, and becoming a "hero of justice", but he often misses the mark. His methods are cruel, unusual, and based in terrorizing his victims. A healthy person wouldn't ever go to the extremes he's willing to go to, but Sythius easily justifies his human rights violations to himself by engaging in many charitable acts; he also lavishes praises on people that help him.
Personality:
On the surface, Sythius is cold and mecurial. He's standoffish, and he acts as if his entertainment is the most important thing in the world. This is a well-maintained facade. Sythius gets attached to people very easily, and feels very powerful emotions. Events in his early life have lead him to believe that the world is inconsistent and tragic, so he must protect himself in whatever way is necessary.
Sythius genuinely wants to help others, but his severe anger issues always gets in the way. His anger is most often triggered by a inferiority complex, which he fends off by trying to model his life off of the people he admires.
If there was one group Sythius felt at home with, it would be having compassion for the disadvantaged: the weak, underprivileged, sick, and children. He feels at ease around these sorts. While not exactly cuddly, he’s more willing to open up, to support, and (try to) be gentle. He sees himself as a guardian, as a protector, even if he thinks he’s inept. However he can easily shut his heart when he feels betrayed.

History:
Sythius grew up on a primitive world many light years away from Earth. Even the PTO hasn't reached there. It was a primitive world, with many species of draconic species on it. The first and foremost of them were the reptilians. Gigantic 14 ft. tall behemoths of scale hide, spikes, teeth, and viciousness. For many years, these semi-sentient monsters ruled the planet, until one of the smaller races in the world, the lizardmen were able to rise up and beat them back. Centuries went by, the different species of the lizard men formed tribes, turning on each other. Some were tribes were small and serpentine, favoring large groups that practiced hit and run tactics with javelins. Others were much larger and bulkier, with tougher hides that functioned as armor. They preferred using clubs. The best warriors were allowed to grow out their claws, using them as weapons. In his first life, Sythius was one of them.
When Sythius was an adolescent he was tasked with training the runt son of his tribe’s shaman-chief, but he failed horribly. The result was his charge's possession by an absurdly powerful parasitic alien. This experience unlocked his own native ki powers, at the cost of his people's livelihoods. In terror, he boarded an alien spaceship, a holy relic of his shaman-chief’s and during the chaos, Sythius was able to escape.
When he landed, he discovered the planet he was on was populated, meeting a human mutant named Quemon. This man was very powerful, becoming a mentor and friend to Sythius. However Sythius began growing in power faster than Quemon was, and as they got closer together in power, Quemon grew anxious. Sythius didn't know at the time, but Quemon was very evil. Quemon betrayed Sythius, and they began a feud that would last the rest of several of each of their lives. Quemon destroyed Sythius mentally. He was his best friend, and Sythius was traumatized.
One day, Quemon just… disappeared. Sythius was finally free, but without a target in Quemon to aim his anger at… he turned it on himself. He started snowballing downhill.
The only friends he had were outcasts. They were never able to save him.. The only one that could save him was himself.
The situation itself was perfectly designed to play off his many flaws to bring him down.
He tried to be a hero. He tried to fight the Colors. He tried to fight Wraith. But he wasn’t strong enough, physically, or mentally. During the fight with Wraith, he died and was sent to the reincarnation machine.
That wasn't the end. Quemon was himself in the reincarnation machine. Somehow, he broke free. Sythius was spat from the machine, but he wasn't fully himself. Parts of him were already digested and reincarnated into other people. He had lost his memories and went on all sorts of adventures. He died again, however, his soul wasn't in good enough condition to be able to be brought back to life. He was tossed back into the repaired reincarnation chamber.
But something took him out. Whatever it was repaired him with the souls of several other dead people, who for whatever people were not reincarnating, or were sent to the afterlife. Whoever, took him out began to fix him. They started by trimming the parts of his essence that were too damaged or were too polluted, to be used. He was cleaned of all the "ick". In other words, the good and evil were separated from his soul. Then, the other souls, which had been processed to the point where it didn't have its own identity anymore, was used to patch up the holes, and to sew him up. Sythius' flesh was then created and immediately grafted onto his soul, in the space above New Vegeta.
He wasn't "born" into his current body. He was dressed in it. He isn't a fully "mortal" creature anymore. He's really just a spirit in a flesh suit. He doesn't have organs. Underneath his flesh, his bones are partially made of Ki. He isn't a spirit either. He's an abomination.

Traits:
Unkillable: Sythius is immune to the seven lives rule. While they may still be able to die in a topic, they are instantly revived and allowed to join another topic. This trait allows the character also condemns them restricted access to the afterlife.
Incorporeal: Sythius isn't tethered to the physical plane of existence like other people are. He can shift his physical body into an invisible one made entirely out of ki. While in this state, his energy attacks do double damage. However he also takes double damage from energy attacks, He cannot interact with the world around him physically while incorporeal. However, he can fly and use energy attacks.
Limb Liberation: You can detach every one of your body parts and telekinetically control them. You can also re-attach them at will. If a limb is destroyed while it’s detached, it will grow back over the course of 3 turns. This is very painful, and if the growing limb is hit at this point it will be permanently destroyed (until the person dies and comes back). This also gives a passive bonus towards a single stat, because your ki is aiding you. You can get any mixture of +20 strength to at most two limbs and/or agility until they are reattached. This is exchanged by -15 to focus.

Starting Techniques:
Name: Blaster Shell
Function: A green ball of ki with multiple layers that Sythius charges in his hands. At it's base, Blaster Shell does 1x his focus in damage in a mile long radius. For every turn of charging it adds 4x more damage. Sythius is only partially immune to the damage, taking half of the damage from the blast. This would all be rounded to the nearest hundred.)
Name: Ki Wall
Function: A wall that is made out of ki. It blocks other attacks that use the 'focus' stat and reflects half of the damage back. The wall covers 180 degrees in one direction. It blocks damage up to 2.1x his focus and reflects back any blasts that are 1.9x his focus or under. Ki Wall has a cooldown of four turns between uses.

Added Techniques:
Name: Blindside Barrage
Function: After using "Limb Liberation", Sythius teleports his separated limbs to a desired location in his range of vision within ten meters, unleashing a barrage of ki waves or blasts at their desire. This can be performed on ALL separate body parts and remains active for a total of 2 posts. Great for suppression fire or to catch an opponent off guard. HOWEVER, the user CANNOT teleport the limb back to themselves without another technique.
Cooldown = 3 turns
Name: Limb Recollect
Function: Sythius can teleport any already separated limb within 15 meters back onto his body, although nowhere else.
Cooldown = 1 turn
Name: Body Blast
Function: The user charges ki inside their body, without any 'tell' that he's charging ki. The user can fire any normal Ki from any part of their body.
Cooldown: None
Name: Attack From Below:
Function: Sythius drops a very small, untraceable ball of ki phases deep into the ground. For every turn the user doesn't use a ki attack the ball gets one charge token. Each charge token gives +.5x to the ball's initial power of 1x focus. After the blast charges for five turns, it fires automatically through the ground directly at the enemy. However, the user can also fire this at-will. This technique can not be ki sensed until it is fired. Ths technique can be dropped through the technique Body Blast.
Cooldown: None
Name: Reptile Rush
Function: Sythius can add 10 to his agility for one post every three turns. He can use this five times per thread.
Cooldown: Three turns.
Use Limit: five times.
Name: Ki Armor
Function: Sythius can give his detached limbs an invisible ki armor that protects them from damage. While this is active, his focus and endurance are added together for all detached limbs. All ki techniques can not be used when this is active.
Cooldown = None
Name: Incorporeal Physical Defense
Function: For the first two turns after Sythius becomes incorporeal, he takes half damage from all physical attacks
Cooldown = None.
Name: Spirit's Spear
Function: Sythius does a 'hard charge' while not moving, using any new ki techniques, and losing track of most of his surroundings for two posts, before a large, pointed blast forms. He fires that blast for 3x his focus, and he can move this attack like an extra limb. Spirit's Spear stays tangible for three posts. This technique can be used three times per topic. This technique can not be charged for longer. This technique can be used in conjunction with 'Body Blast'.
Cooldown = Five of Sythius' posts.

Weakness:
Sythius is very rash, emotional, and hard-headed. As such, he doesn't plan anything out, and doesn't “stick to the plan”. It’s very easy to manipulate him in a fight or a spar, through the use of taunts, and previous hits to goad him into doing something foolish.
Sythius is very erratic, to the point where allies, enemies, and even he doesn't truly know what he’s going to do in any given situation. At one moment he’ll be very reliable and dedicated to a cause, and the next moment he’ll be off into a fight. Before he knows it he’ll have failed the task he was doing, wondering what happened.
Sythius is very emotional, although he does his best to hide it. If someone pays close attention, it’s very apparent that he isn't in control of himself. He pushes people away with flashes of intense anger, and the next moment he’s calm, friendly, and serene.
