Appearance/Picture: long dark brown hair put in a ponytail, green eyes, a pale human face, on the back of his neck, is a strange symbol, he has long forgotten what it means, though he has an idea now since it forced him out of heaven. when he comes back from the dead he tends to look like a walking eyeless corpse for 3 turns before returning to normal appearance. he wears an ancient suit of knight armor, showing the age of time he came from. Though now he wears a cloak over it.
Race: human/undead
Alignment: Good when Sane.....no alignment when in berserk hollow form.
Personality: (Just how does your character act) he speaks in old dialect, he seeks to know more about the world he's been put into. to see what has changed since he was locked away a millennium ago. he's a bit naive, but when he sees something he knows is an enemy that must die, he will fight it as many times as it takes to kill it, even if he dies many times trying to accomplish it. He enjoys helping people...as long as they aren't doing anything evil at any rate. He is actually somewhat afraid of his abyssal hollow state, due to the feeling of emptiness and hunger it holds. He very much dislikes that feeling, and had to keep up a strong sense of will to keep it back. Falling into despair is one such way for it to be unleashed. His will is like a Fire, and thus he does his best to keep it strong and maybe make it stronger. Defending the weak against those who wish to abuse their strength is what he will do.
History: (Generally what has your character been through and done)
1,200 years ago, a knight was trained to fight the darkness, and go to war, and go to war he did, he fought and killed many monsters. word eventually spread of a magic curse of some kind, originally it was seen as a blessing in war to have it, but...then the holders of the curse went mad after dying a certain number of times, and thus all holders of the curse, sane or not were shipped off to the asylum that was made in a mountain, when the knight was found with the curse. He too was sent there, declared 'Undead'. the ability to use ki was not uncommon in those days, as a result, he was quite the accomplished warrior. the knight, known as Quin, was a fire Element user, and he tended to apply his fire abilities to his swordsmanship. even now, Quin sits in the ancient asylum, waiting to be found, somehow having kept his sanity, though his memories have...deteriorated as a result. due to lack of attention, his body now looks corpse-like in nature. he may not have eyes in his sockets at the moment, but he can still see quite well. he sat there, in his full knight gear, waiting for someone to unlock the cell door, or drop the key to him. the region outside the mountain, is a large mountainous region, where the hollowed undead linger, demons hide in the shadows, waiting for new prey to come into the mountains...while Quin sits alone, in a cell, waiting for someone to either open the door, or drop the key in....but even the place he is in is a rather treacherous place...with dangerous of its own lurking in the shadows...
He got out of the asylum and eventually got out of the hollowed mountains with a lot of effort on his part. He then met up with Skylar...the Real skylar not the fake one in the political shit. Then Terium showed up and proceeded to wreck their shit before leaving them information about the fake skylar. Seeing how Skylar helped him out while he was kinda lost, Quin decided to help clear her name, being the knight he is. Then they got into some shenanigans at an anime convention.
Then he went on small adventures in South City before going off to the Turtle hermit for training. After training with the turtle hermit the war happened, unfortunately, this is the first war he's been in a very, very long time, and due to memory issues, he forgot that one as weak as himself should NOT go running straight into an enemy army. Of course, him doing this kept said army in the desert thus keeping them from the city, but he got killed as a result. He met King Yemma and got sent to heaven, though unknown to him, the curse that afflicts him, is now beginning to reactivate. His stay in heaven, is as he will soon learn, is going to be just a short visit. During his time in heaven, he trained himself so that his back was no longer a weakness.

Unkillable: Quin is immune to the 7 lives rule, as well as the afterlife rule. While they may still be able to die in a topic, they are instantly revived and allowed to join another topic. This trait allows the character to avoid the afterlife completely if they wish, but it also grants them access to the afterlife on special occasions. Due to the curse he bears, after coming back to life, the first topic in which he is back to life will be spent looking somewhat like a mummified corpse. If he survives that topic his body will return to a much more lifelike form.
Elementalist: Quin's ki is linked to a certain element. Each element has their own strengths and weaknesses (see: Elements). This is not required to get elemental moves, but it makes any generic ki attacks have an added kick. Fire, Abyss
Regeneration: Quin Can regrow entire limbs with little penalty. Regeneration takes three turns to fully complete.
Techniques:
Iron Flesh: Using ki to increase a person's physical density can increase one's resilience to both physical and ki attacks. This increased density, however, makes it far more difficult to move [-25% to agi and +25% to endurance]. can be turned on or off. Quin uses this to tank damage if he needs to at the cost of speed. a silver aura will appear to represent its on.
Abyssal Hollow State: A berserk state in which he will look even more of a mummified corpse then normal, have eerie glowing red dots in the eye sockets, a black flaming aura surrounding him, with a sort of black substance covering portions of him like a slime, some of it can be seen leaking out of his mouth, eye sockets, and nose, his ki will feel quite...disturbing in this state, with the fire of his sanity buried deep within it all trying and struggling to return but needing outside help to come back faster. His Focus and Endurance stats are switched in this state, and he will be looking for nothing more...then blood, and death. his Max PL will increase by 1.5x when this happens. This is his beast form, activated when he enters a heavy negative emotional state such as despair or depression. Mental attacks against his person may also trigger it if as a defense mechanism.
Kamehameha: The Signature move of the Turtle School, this skill is very flexible and has been reported to be very malleable after being fired, allowing for the user to put more force behind it at the cost of winding themselves or even adding alternative effects to the skill.
The technique charges for 1 post to fire at 2.8x the user's FOCUS stat flat.
The user can charge for a maximum of 5 posts for +0.5x per turn to a maximum of 5.3x the user's Focus
At the cost of adding a cooldown per post, the user can put extra force equal to a charge up to a maximum of 3 posts/cooldowns.
Turtle Strike: The signature rush of the Turtle School, the user dashes at the opponent, striking them in the stomach and following with an uppercut to the chin. The user dashes up ahead of the opponent and fires a Kamehameha Wave, blasting the opponent into the ground. In reality, the user charges for 2 posts, before the user uses their extreme speed to rush the opponent outside of the blind eye's sight, punching into the stomach and upper cutting into the chin for a damaging strike at 3x the user's STR, before firing a point-blank Kamehameha Wave at its minimum power of 3.5x the user's FOC, throwing the opponent a far distance away and into the ground if it hits. This is extremely predictable to the opponent after the first use and thus can only be used once per battle, failing every time afterward.
Strengths:
Any mental technique used on him in his berserk state will backfire as the complete hunger and emptiness of the hollow will try to spread and infect the attacker's mind, thus leaving the person disoriented and grab the berserker's attention. Mental blocks can stop these sorts of things, but even then its mind is heavily corrupted which will act as a sort of mind block of its own. As time goes on it will evolve more dangerous counters to mind technique users...
When in his more...mummy like state, His vital organs are as what one would expect from a long dead mummy. How he still lives even in this body is through the darksign which is more noticeable in this state. It is more vine like and spread from a single point on the chest. His mind is also centered here. As a result he is much tankier in this state. This is also the reason why mental attacks focused on the brain won't work, as the brain is not where the mind is in this state but rather the chest.
Potential: His potential is rather high, has the high ability to adapt to another's fighting style and figure out how to get past it to achieve victory, being undead also means his stamina restores itself faster than normal.
Weaknesses:
He must stay Determined and strong mentally and never enter dispair, else he goes into a berserk state which will not differentiate friend or foe. Mental attacks can trigger it. In other words he's gotta stay positive.
slightly impulsive: He is an honorable knight, but with his memories scattered he is left in a bit of an impulsive state, as evidenced by what he did in the war which led to his death, he jumped right in head first in order to grab their attention and keep them from attacking the city, and this got him killed. He has realized his mistake but that doesn't mean his impulsive nature has gone completely away.
Scattered memories: for such an old being, he is rather lacking in memories, this, unfortunately, means he is much more prone to mistakes, societal mistakes can be expected due to culture shock effect.
