Take What You Want
Your first lesson is to walk into a corner store and find something you want...and just take it. Try to be as nonchalant as you wish, but the buzzers at the door alert the shopkeeper to your attempted theft. You must try to escape before the police arrive, whether that requires fast footwork or a punch to the shopkeeper's face. You must return to Master Shen with the item.

Beginner Quests:
Prove To Be The Best:
Ada was prowling around Earth, doing what she was normally up to, which usually revolved around discovering what she had never got to experience due to her mother, before coming across a group of young men and women practicing sloppy martial arts. It was a horrid sight, seeing these kids block attacks with their elbows and shins, crying out in pain when they should have known that would happen. They had no leadership, and definitely no professionalism. Ada was going to fix that.
Ada made her way over to the kids, pushing her way through the crowd before she got to the current battle. It was their strongest versus a challenger. A massive brute of a man against a tiny young man, the outcome was clear on what would happen. Ada herself was pissed off that such a man would stoop so low, when he clearly was stronger than the average human. Ada would rush towards the man during the middle of the fight, right as he went to punch the kid, her foot planting directly into his chest and sending him flying into the wall. The crowd cheered at their newest strongest person. Ada could get used to this kind of praise.
Fight The Weakest One There:
Ada was not feeling her best throughout the week. She had not trained for so many weeks, and her body felt stiff and weak. Her muscles contracting, and stretching, which normally led to her being kept out of the fighting game, before she received a knock on her door. She wasn't expecting visitors, or definitely hated meeting people unannounced.
It was a weaker boy in the neighborhood. Someone known for being the son of a Martial artist who worked within the Razor Force as a soldier. It was clear what he wanted, and that was to feel the heat of combat for the first time. The child had much to learn, being he was only in his late teens, the boy would meet her outside of the house within a dugout fighting ring made by the nearby teenage martial artist gangs.
Ada would flex and stretch her muscles before feeling a foot plant itself in her face, launching her multiple meters into the direction of a wall not to far away. She barely had time to her herself onto the wall, digging her fingers into the brick and concrete, before his rush came upon her even more, beating her senselessly. He was clearly trained by his father, and had much more skill than she had though. After only a few minutes, Ada was forced to forfeit due to inability to fight, giving the boy the win.
Losers Gotta Lose:
Ada's followers seemed to be attracting towards another martial artist group within the West City block they were positioned, which caused her to fear that her lackies would start to leave her in exchange for this more active group. She couldn't risk losing such perfect warriors, and prepared a mission to finally show her group she could be much better than the idiots they fawned over.
She would sneak away at night, finding herself at the home of the leader of her rival gang, making her way through her home, before finding his training pod. It was large, green, and almost the size of his entire house. How she managed to not see it for this long only begged the question of her eyesight, before she finally found the doorway and made her way into the machine.
She turned on the machine, putting in the coordinates for her apartment building, before deciding it was time to get some training in. Her hand went to the gravity setting knob, which would instantly, and accidentally, slide all the way to forty times Earth's gravity. This was obviously much more than she wanted, sending the girl to the floor, struggling to stand up. With the constant movement of the ship, as well as the gravity, she went sliding to the other side of the pod against the wall, pressing against the floor in pain.
She would turn into her true form, getting into a crawl, and make her way back to the knob that controlled the gravity, returning it to one times gravity. The load off her back was great, as she was finally able to stretch nicely, before noticing that they had been at her home for a couple minutes. No reason to waste such valuable time, and like that, she went to training with the pod to make herself even more powerful.
Getting Mocked:
The group were doing average practice, Ada having relieved her taste for murder last night through a small rampage, when their rival gang appeared on the scene following the large and buffy leader of their squad. Ada would normally have ignored this, but something in her mind ticked and made her only want to harm the beast of a man more and more. His smug face curled as he began to mock the crew with profanities and trashing their training equipment.
Ada would not have any of it, flipping her middle finger towards the man and exclaiming how much of a prostitute his mother was, before the brute's face went into a deep frown and angered look. His body coming towards her group, she stood her ground and prepared her muscles. It must have been a graceful day, as the sight of numbers caused the pissed off giant to back off and turn the other cheek, saving Ada's ass once more. She would need to train more, that was for sure.
Pro!!!:
Due to running out of money, Ada found it quite hard to continue being a freeloading martial artist on the streets of West City. Her wallet growing empty, she tried to think of ideas to kickstart and become rich enough to forget about money for a while and focus on her training, before a thought came to her mind like a storm.
She got a loan for a couple hundred Zeni, and opened up a small food joint in the business section of East City, preparing all assortments of foods that would actually turn out to be demon delicacies that normally would cost out the ass to afford. She knew that people would love the taste and was already having reoccurring customers.
It wasn't long before it was so popular that Ada was able to hire an entire staff and still gain large amounts of spending cash on the side of the payments to the workers and repair. She watched the business grow from a small food location to an entire restaurant with multiple hundred visitors on a daily basis. She never expected humans to love it so much, despite knowing the taste was heavenly, which only made it better.
She no longer needed to worry about her finances, having a bank account with a large funding percentage to allow for her travels to go easily and without fret, making her time on the road much better over all. All she needed now was to seek out a trainer once more. Someone who knew enough about martial arts to teach her past the basics... And she knew just he place.

Master Shen Quests:
Prove Your Worth:
Ada was under the conditioning to become a student under the great Master Shen, when she was tasked to fight one of the other contestants towards the studentship. It wouldn't be a problem to Ada, and she was definitely going to be as gruesome as possible, which would hopefully impress her future master.
She would step up into the ring after turning into her original form, her sword pulled from her chest and everything.
She would lock and load her power, rushing forwards with her sword and slashing at the man she stood against, beating him into the ground as much as possible, before pulling back to block a multitude of attacks. She knew she was much more powerful than her opponent, which would allow her to succeed.
She prepared her Ki in her body, hitting with flaming and burning hits to her opponent's skin,
burning him badly with 3rd degree burns, sending him flying backwards, leaving her able to prepare her ultimate attack.
She charged her Ki extremely fast, the heat produced from her body and soul caused electricity to load into her body and cause a deep yellow light to surround her. Her hair would begin to get static,
and flowing oddly, before she would push forwards at extremely fast speed, colliding with her opponent and shocking him with hundreds of thousands of volts of electricity. She won successfully, beating her opponent in a brutal and dangerous way.
Take What You Want:
Due to a training program by Master Shen, Ada was tasked with going somewhere with something of worth and to take whatever it is you want without paying or following the rules of the trade. This was going to be easy for Ada, being as she was used to stealing and murder to get away with life, and all she needed was a target.
That in itself was also quite simple to choose, as the Museum of North City was displaying the legendary sword Gramr of Nolung within it's exhibit. A perfect choice for a royal demon to conquer for her own private use. She even investigated the sword for a good hour before finally smashing the bulletproof glass with her fist and retrieving the weapon with her quick motions. She quickly made her way to an escape, rushing for the doorway as the alarms blared, and multiple cops firing handguns at the young girl while she made off with the ancient and powerful relic.
Ada fired Ki blasts at the police as they chased her, their cars barely able to keep up with her extremely fast movement and flight, before she disappeared into the sewers by bursting into the ground upon seeing a grate. She would fly through the ground in the direction of Master Shen's school. Nothing could find her through her wreckage, and when she finally made it to the school, she showed what she had stolen to her master, fulfilling her training and mission. She kept the sword, thinking of ways to adapt the blade for magical use.
Midnight In The Crane's Garden:
Called out to her Master's personal gardens at night, Ada knew something was up. There was no way Master Shen was calling her out for a private lesson, seeing as how she was an excellent student, but not the best in the field of Ki. She lacked very much in the Ki field. And noting how Shen was already slightly negative to her towards this, she took caution when walking through the beautiful garden. It was truly something to take in, though with the small Ki signatures, she knew that it wouldn't be alone.
As if on cue, she was right. A group of her fellow peers had already surrounded her with their clubs, mallets, and even a few swords, all wearing their signature black tight clothing with balaclavas. It was at least thirty to one, Ada standing within a crowd of the students, slowly having her clothes dissipate into the red and black striped dress she was most fitting in, as well as the deep red veins crawling on her body. She was halfway to removing Aei Wass from her chest when the first strike came towards her, forcing her to quickly draw the blade to counter.
The fighting went on for at least twenty minutes, non-stop countering, blocking, and slashing from one student to the other as Ada quickly made a dash to escape the compound. She made it to the door, only to discover that it was barred shut, causing her to resort to fighting back. She didn't want to go all out, cutting through the shirt of one of the men and digging a red carved dugout through his chest, eventually killing the poor boy. This went on for another ten minutes of pointless combat, before Edgy finally found a way to escape.
She went over the door, firing Ki blasts to hold off the horde of enemies, before charging magic through her sword. It would glow a light red, before slicing through the massive metal gate like butter, dropping the temporary prison to the ground. She would fly out at her fastest speed, trying her hardest to escape with her life. If she could survive, Master Shen would have to give her a chance. Even if she didn't kill every student there. She was weak, but powerful. A hidden magical potential within her that could only be described as magnificent, and soon, Shen would know that too.
Hustlin The Hustlers:
She was taking a break from doing work and training for the day, relaxing by herself, when an initiate come forwards to her with a request from their master. Shen ordered for Ada to deal with some two timing peasants that dared to threaten the Crane School, giving Ada something and someone to finally practice on. If she were to complete this task, she would receive a secret prize. When it came to Master Shen, you did not deny anything given, which made her eager to complete her task!
She made her way to the village with a group of her peers, a few even from the mob that assaulted her, where they stood a small distance making their plan. Ada would personally challenge all warriors within the village, while her friends and allies would continue to harass the townsfolk from the sides, making the theft and murder efficient.
Ada went into the village with her certain swagger, arms and legs prepped for combat with small sets of padding, and refusing to turn into her fullest form. Her arms were sporting her new sword, something of a collectors item for her, in which she would place the weapon onto her back sheath, watching the surprised and scared villagers hide their children within their huts and houses. They were clearly familiar with the tattoo bored into her chest, which marked her as the daughter of a major demon,
but what they didn't know was that she was here to commit to revenge for the Crane School.
"Come forth, ye weak and feeble, and send your strongest sons and daughters my way.
I know martial artists hide among the crowds. I can sense their existence. Their life forces cloud the fields and can lead me to your soldiers of fortune. I know you harmed Crane School members, and you will pay dearly for what you did. Now if someone doesn't come up here as soon as I pull my sword, I will slay every single person here until someone does" She would state, drawing her blade. It didn't take long for people to come from their homes.
They would charge Ada to know avail, meeting their quick and untimely knockout in moments as their bodies went flying into random directions. It was perfect coordination with her peers, whom were currently stealing and pillaging the actual homes while the warriors were knocked out and brutally beaten in the square. It only lasted for a few more minutes before the warriors of Crane escaped the area with bags of loot in tow, smirking and laughing at how easy that run was. Nothing could stand in their way. Not even some puny villagers.
Acceptance Into The Inner Circle:
Her reward was as special as promised by her master, Ada had noticed, upon reading the document given her by a colleague while on her break. It was a fine evening, having just recently bought an older model gas based car, when she was called back in for her training. She left her group, the East City Daemons, alone to guard their place so she could finally go an become one of the greats within her group of peers at the Crane School.
She made it to the crane school's dojo, going to the backroom where she saw a few of the best students within the inner circle all preparing around her. She assumed she was being targeted again, taking a stance to fight, before being patted on the shoulder by Master Shen. She was surprised, but even more so when he began to speak of his signature technique. It was passed on only to those within the inner circle, making he feel special to be part of the school. This amount of power would definitely be helpful in her revenge quest against her wretched mother.
She watched and practiced the dodonpa, focusing her magic away and practicing her Ki as hard as possible. The watching of her teacher and peers didn't help, but after three tries, she managed to perfect her new technique with absolute work. Her excitement was quickly calmed by her master who would explain what she would be required to do to finish her inclusion to the inner circle. She would be required to kill her closest peer.
"You must use the Dodonpa on your closest friend, the student here who you care for the most."
The problem with this is that Ada herself was a loner among everyone else. She did not have a close friend or close student, as she deemed to keep to herself and gain power through her own physical and mental powers. Having friends and the like hindered her mind and made her development slow down, ultimately causing a slight problem for the young woman. That is, until something crossed her mind. She pointed a finger directly at a random young man sitting off to the side of the sparring hold.
The blast through him backwards hard against the wall, crushing in his chest and collapsing his lungs. It was clear from the burn and blast marks on his chest that he was not going to recover from the sheer pain and damage to his body. She smirked for a second, admiring the power behind the blast, and ways she could replicate the attack using magic, before a chuckle would burst out from the old man. It was clear he admired her strictly adherent personality, even when she couldn't normally adhere to what was ordered.
"That'll do. That'll do... Go and rest yourself. You deserve it heavily"
A Cold Dawn:
After spending an awfully long amount of time yesterday learning the Dodonpa, Ada was waking up from a rest, noticing a feeling of weight at the end of her bed. It was a robe, ornate and identical to those of the close circle of Master Shen. She knew she had earned it from her practice over the Dodonpa, and upon reading the note, she felt glad he was allowing her to rest more, taking a day off to let her body regrow damaged tissues and her demon energies evaluating her body for problems.
She would fall back into her pillows, the comfort of the bed sheets and covers dragging her back into her deep and hallowed sleep, the demon girl's small body curling up among the synethic covers while covering as much of her body as possible, conserving her heat in the cold night. She knew she wouldn't get another night like this for a while, and wished to take as much of this in as possible. Maybe tomorrow will be her day for more physical abuse, but right now was relaxation and peace.
Teach Them to Fear You:
Ada was not happy with being forced by Master Shen to work with the hog by the name of Inoshikacho, as she felt it was humiliating to endure walking around with the beast before getting into position, but held back her emotions as to complete the mission at hand. It was very important that this raid... or robbery if you would call it that, was completed. These villagers have it coming to them and Ada knew she couldn't just barge in to steal their equipment and money.
She walked into the village, spotting fires and hearing screams, as well as seeing a few bodies on the ground. It seemed Inoshikacho went out of his mind in this run, attacking like crazy, and dosing out large amount of damage to the villagers. It wasn't surprising that one came to her to ask for her help. "Please ma'am, help us against that monster that is plaguing our village. He is big, like that of a boar, with wings of a moth. Please help us!"
"Do I look like an idiot to you?" Ada would say mockingly, lightly flicking the woman on her forehead, before continuing. "At best, I can fight it off and save who is left. But it won't be cheap. I want a big reward in cash. I am a monster hunter by trade, and this is ruining my work schedule" She came up with off the top of her head, trying to think of reasons to want money from the villagers. Otherwise they might think to much on it. Luckily these were idiots.
"Of course, whatever, just please save them! They won't survive long out there with that creature after them. My boy is out there, and his sister. Please say them." The woman stated, before Ada would fly off towards the beast that was Inoshikacho. She faked to hit it with her sword, throwing back the bull of a creature into some rocks softly, causing him to fake fainting on the ground. Ada would lift the massive beast, and throw him into the distance, knowing he would catch himself and return to the school and tell of the success of the plan.
It was definitely a success, after saving the missing children to the woman, the village pitched all their money together to pay Ada's absurdly large salary cost, before she would leave on a high note. Her return was welcomed as she explained what happened to Shen, who chuckled through and through at what seemed like stupid moments but hilarious to repeat over to herself. She had succeeded once more in her mission, and would hope to continue training in the future to ultimately further her goal.
