Back to the Future (Invite: Papi, Hipo, Hypno)

They flew for a bit longer until Riku pointed out an area and proclaimed that the base was right there. Shadic looked around, not seeing anything but dead grass and other plants, among a whole lot of nothingness. Either the kid was playing a nice little joke on the four warriors from the past, or their base was just that well hidden. Shadic figured it had to be the latter, since this didn't exactly seem like the time for jokes. But who knew, maybe jokes were a good way to relieve stress in a time like the one they were in.

When they landed, and Riku headed for the tree, Shadic looked around. He had no clue where they were in correlation to any major city, but he did know they were close to meeting the resistance and planning a counter attack on the Majins. If they did everything correctly, and hadn't been detected yet, then the Majins would most certainly be caught off guard.

Tadeo saw that Riku began descending. He was actually excited now, and relieved that they finally got somewhere. Pointing to a dead tree, Tadeo scrunched his eyebrows and looked at it in confusion. He lowered himself as Riku did and followed close behind.
Maybe it's a secret lever or something. 
Tadeo examined the tree when he got there. It was literally just a dead tree. He didn't know if there was anything special to it, and he couldn't really feel anything either. Knocking on the tree a bit, Tadeo wanted to see if it would do something. The Saiyan was confused, and he crossed his arms, looking around again.

Turning back to Riku, Tadeo got a little sarcastic. He felt he could be sarcastic and light hearted with this boy.
"Would I be wrong if I asked if this base is cloaked like your ship?"
Tadeo would continue to walk around some more, crossing his arms still, and looking around, too. He'd end up nearby Riku again to see what he'd do next.

Riku explained how their base was a long way down and that they basically had a slide to enter. Then the kid jumped down, entering the base. If it was as long as Riku made it out to be, Shadic understood how safe it must have been. But how many people could they hold in an underground base? Was it super overpopulated down there?

Instead of just standing around and waiting, like Reku was, Shadic said, "Last one down is a rotten egg!" Then he jumped in after, Riku, letting the chute take him down to this super protected underground base. It couldn't have been any worse than the mess that was aboveground, so he had nothing to worry about.

Tadeo watched as Riku, Shadic, and Sonnelion went down the slide. Sighing, Tadeo rolled his eyes and climbed into the hole, holding himself up as he looked down it. As he said something, he'd turn his head back to Reku.
"Five Saiyans have fun sliding into single hole. Bet there're more subtle sexual puns in there, but that's beyond me to cum up with one."
Tadeo smirked evilly and laughed a bit, listening to how stupid and uncalled for his joke was. Did he care what other people thought about his joke? Not really, but sexual jokes always seemed to lighten up the mood and add immaturity wherever he was. After this, Tadeo threw himself down the hole, sliding towards the bottom. As he slid, he crossed his arms, smirking a bit. The smirk slowly faded back to his normal face.

Tadeo liked the idea of an underground base. It was smart. Living underground meant isolation from the outside world, which in this case was a good thing. And, if the entrance to your underground lair was well hidden, you were practically set until the enemy gets restless. With this, Tadeo figured they'd be safe for a while. However, maybe something other than a slide would be more badass. For this specific occasion, Tadeo didn't think much about it. But for the future, he'd think about other things rather than a slide.
