Name: Killer Wave
TECHNIQUE:
Detailed Description: (your character) will gather Water Vapor in the air, and put it all around him/her, then...(this will have different effects depending on how many posts he/she charges it for)
on 1 post of charge, it will explode outward, splashing everything around (your character) with water...anything hit by the water, will be stunned for one post, no other effect.
2 posts of Charging: Creates a Giant Wave from the water vapor in the air, said wave will then crash into the opponent(s) and push them back, damage them...and possibly leave them dazed...the damage comes from whatever the wave knocks the target into. the wave in question depends on the amount of water present in the area. usually, its gonna be a small tsunami, the wave will not be able to be used in areas with dry air. ki powers it to help it do ki damage, with the ki damage in, the amount of damage the move can do is equal to 4x KI stat
3 posts of charging: same as 2 posts of charging...but the water will turn into ice, and begin forming large spikes very quickly that will jab out at the opponent(s) to cause further damage, stabbing damage really, not that complicated to figure out there, quick jabs, so it can be dodged, ice spikes can be ripped out and used as weapons as well since it is solid ice, with that said this is where the potential backfire initiates, but it will only last till the cooldown ends, when the cooldown ends, the ice will melt. Until then, anyone can pick up an ice spike and use it as a weapon. if used in areas with large bodies of water....then it will use the water from the body of water...creating a shield all around while charging....the defective part of this...is that the user won't be able to use senses of smell, hearing, or sight to detect where an opponent is.
if 1 post of charge is used, then the cool down will be 2 posts...in order for the water to saturate the air again.
if 2 or 3 posts are used, then it will take a 4 post cool down for the water to saturate or flow back to its original source.
This, of course, has the side effect of causing clouds to appear after the first use....after the second use...it will begin a storm, the type of storm varies, sometimes it can cause a hurricane, other times a tornado, a tropical storm, a blizzard, or a simple lightning storm.
Zeni Cost:
PL Cost: (usually up to the staff members, but you can set a price and try to bargain with them if you want)
