James looked over to her as she put on the bandana, and responded "First of all, some of these robots look like you or me, others are biological horrors. Wearing that bandana will confuse some of the lower intelligent androids. If we run into one of those horrors I mentioned, we may be in some trouble though. By the way, I never got your name." the two of them had reached the back of the hallway, and began to make their way down a spiral staircase. at the bottom Jay could clearly see a room, which was apparently filled with heavy machinery. Jay whispered to the girl "Hang back here for a second, I'm gonna check this place out." With that, James disappeared and reappeared in the center of the room. Around him were various stasis pods and cryo-chambers, it appeared there were once androids being made here. "This place was a lab... But not home base for old R & R." he told himself. In the distance, a pair of red glowing eyes opened from the shadows. Jay did not see them, nor did his scouter notice any other life forms...
"The name's Holly, Holly Quick. No particular profession."
Seeing as he left slightly before she did, this was a new experience, someone capable of moving when time is essentially stopped. But it was different from how she moved, he was moving in a tightly controlled manor and it seemed like he was actually pushing himself, as opposed to just slowing time down to the Nth degree and just walking out of the way of things.
But, given that she wasn't going to try and keep pace with one of those crazy strong people, she just walked behind him since he really wasn't paying a lot of attention to her, and she wasn't sure how well he would be able to actually perceive her.
But regardless, by the time she got to the room where James had disappeared into, the pair of glowing eyes had started stepping out of the shadows, revealing a human like shape.
From the shadows walked a human-like figure, wearing the mark of the Red Ribbon army. Jay noticed nothing at first, but as he looked around the room he could see the glowing eyed figure. It appeared to be a bald man, wearing a black suit and tie, with the symbol on it. Jay tapped his scouter, but it wouldn't read the power of an android. "Just as I thought, an android..." Jay sighed. The mysterious android then began to speak "Unit 237 reporting, objective: Elimination of all intruders of this facility." The android locked onto Jay, but seemed uninterested in Holly, weather it be her lower power level or the bandana she was holding. Jay coughed a bit, and then disappeared with great speed, reappearing behind the android. Within a matter of seconds, Jay grabbed the robot's head with one arm (picking him up off the ground) and threw him across the room into one of the bunker walls. "Still kicking after that huh?... Don't worry Holly, it's one of the weaker models. Actually..." As he continued to speak, the android that he had thrown into the wall stood up. It was quite injured, and began slowly limping towards Jay. "You wanna finish him off?" Jay asked Holly, eager to see what sort of power she possessed.
"Well, it's moving pretty slow, but why not." She said, and it sounded normal to her, but to James it would sound like normal words played through a fast forward effect, as she walked over to the Android, dialed back time to as slow as she possibly could, and threw a punch as fast as she could.
The results were predictably devastating, the Android was already up against the wall, so it took the brunt of the force, enough to punch a hole clean through it's worn and cracked face, and the follow through against the bunker wall completely Atomizing Holly's fist.
As soon as the seeming danger had past she set about advancing her hand's time causing the signs of regrowth fairly quickly.
"Fuck I hate doing that, damn new fist doesn't feel right for months."
James heard the way she spoke, and found it quite odd. Perhaps it was the result of one of her abilities he thought. Then he saw the way she punched the robot, it was a punch that was not infused with Ki. Therefore, her fist nearly exploded upon impact. James quickly realized that her Ki wasn't natural, but if she wanted to survive in the word of fighters, she would need to channel Ki throughout her body. James stuck out two fingers, and another red beam fired from them towards holly's right arm. The right arm part of her armor was transformed into platemail, it was quite heavy for a regular person, but he figured holly could manage. "That armor will work two ways, a force multiplier, and a shock absorber. It may prevent you from tearing up your arm when you punch. Also, take this..." Jay took off his scouter and threw it to her. "Put it on your left ear, if we run into any of the bio-androids, you'll know its power level. If I were you, I wouldn't attack anything over eight thousand." As jay said this he could feel something going on. The dimly lit bunker, lit up and the entire room could be clearly seen. In the back was a Junkbot of sorts which spoke as if it knew Jay "Jay brock, the Bio-saiyan. What a pleasure, and I see there is another fighter with you... Either way, welcome to bunker 09. We made this place to create an army of androids, but we had to evacuate some time ago..." James looked confused, but felt he had to keep listening to the robot's banter. "They may have discarded me, but I will warn you there are other fighters here. They will attack civilians if left unchecked." Jay knew it was a trap, but he couldn't risk the lives of innocent people. Behind the junkbot appeared a door to an elevator, Jay walked inside of it and gestured for Holly to follow him.
Holly was, to say the least, taken completely off guard by one side of her body weight a solid 10 pounds heavier, and fell over. "I'm good, just... Give me a second." She took a second to stand up and put on the scouter. And then, the entire bunker lit up and a junk robot showed up and gave a speech.
"Okay, I am completely in the dark here, can someone explain what's actually going on here? Why did that thing call you a "Bio" Saiyan, why does this thing know your name?"
But, regardless, she went into the bunker proper to see what this was all about, because at this point she really did want context to this patently weird situation.
As Jay was in the elevator he explained, "first of all, the robot knew my name... Most likely because I'm a hated enemy of the Red Ribbon army. They're they typical bad guy organization, world domination, that kind of shit. Why he called me a Bio-Saiyan, is a bit of a long story. But lets just say I gained my powers like you, unnaturally..." James could see the girl had energy, and could feel it being compressed inside her chest. He thinks, he may know of a way to train this girl after all. "I can sense a high concentration of power coming from the center of your body. You need to learn to spread that power throughout your entire body, if you can do that, you won't break your hand when you punch... and yes, I can see that you heal pretty fast, but a broken hand is an inconvenience none the less." Jay was quickly regretting having an untrained girl along, on his mission, but the power she possessed was still twice as much as the average Razor Force soldier.
"Huh, so you were stabbed in the chest by weird stuff too?" Holly looked around, this definitely was the right place. "Seriously though, are you sure that this bunker isn't a Capsule Corp. Research Facility? Because I've been here before, and that's what I was told it was."
She knew that the Elevator ride was a solid 10 minute ride to get to where the robots were on patrol.
"But, we'll have plenty of time to swap stories before this thing gets to the bottom, I'll start, some unnamed benefactor hired me and a few friends to rob this place of some scientific gizmo, alarms started ringing, I stepped on something wrong and twisted my ankle, fell onto the device, and the next thing I knew I was in Central City and could make things go fast and slow."

James could her it in her voice, that she had honestly been here before. "Well, when I was a little younger that you, I was in the woods near east city. There is discovered the location of a Doctor named Gero's lab. Inside I found an advanced facility, with a computer that was almost human. That's when some sort of robotic bug flew over to me, and injected me with the DNA of a saiyan. Now, I'm half Human, and Half Saiyan. You probably don't know what a Saiyan is..." Jay knew if this was an average girl, she would think he was crazy, but he had already told her most of his story. "The Saiyans are a race of warriors who hail from the planet Vegeta." Jay didn't have much more to say, aside from being the leader of Razor Force.
"Half of the Saiyans in this city lived in the slums like I did, and even if they weren't a bunch of homeless barfly's talk about how their great great grand uncle or something was a Saiyan, and how they'll kick your ass when they get drunk enough. I mean, I never finished highschool, but there was a population boom within the last 20 years, and I've been hit on by at least one spunky 15 year old hotshot."
"Now this Red Ribbon Army group, never heard of them. So, I'm pretty sure that any attempts at world domination have kind of been way less than fruitful. That said, I don't even think that there were ever actually humans on the other side of this elevator, so maybe it's a bunch of old robots executing ancient coding."
