Gender:
He’s masculine, but would a lizard spirit monster even have a dick?
Age:
His age is comparable to Earth 28, but he was just reborn... so technically a few hours old
Race:
Lizardman Spirit Abomination.
Sythius used to be an anthropomorphic lizard alien. However, after multiple times in the reincarnation chamber, most of his soul was destroyed. His soul was stitched together with several others, to create a Neo-Sythius. So, he’s many different species put together.

Alignment:
His alignment changes all the time. Most of the time he intends well, but he doesn’t understand how to accomplish his goals morally. So “Chaotic Neutral-ish” would probably work. However, he's definitely more chaotic than anything.
Personality:
On the surface, Sythius is a cold, mercurial, amoral creature. He isn’t friendly. He makes biting, sarcastic comments towards others, and he acts as if the most important thing in the world is where he’ll get his next source of entertainment from---even when someone is in tremendous suffering right in front of him. He might help them, but he’ll arbitrarily shift between strict, overbearing and crazily harsh, and a detached, cavalier attitude the whole time.
He takes his self-centered don’t-give-a-fuck demeanor to an extreme. It’s not that he doesn’t care about others, it’s that he can’t control it. His amygdala is a rampaging beast baying in its kennel. If he lets his emotions loose by showing them, or if he gets rattled, he’s afraid he’s going to blow everything he hopes to gain up. A lot of the superficial, rude and belligerent aspects of his personality are manufactured on a subconscious level. His fear of himself is really what’s keeping him down.
His anger is extreme, but his expectation that he’s going to lose his temper is really what keeps him down. His only true enemy is himself. If he were to conquer himself and learn to go with the flow, he’d finally be able to find peace within himself.
Sythius has good intentions. He genuinely wants to help others, but he doesn’t know how to carry them out. This is one of the main causes of his anger. He doesn’t understand ethics, morals, rights, or even personhood anymore.
If there was one area outside of fighting that he was an expert at, it would be at protecting the weak, the disadvantaged, children, and the sensitive. The positive side of his personality shines with these kinds of people. He feels at ease around these sorts. While not exactly cuddly, he’s more willing to open up, to support, and (try to) be gentle. He sees himself as a guardian, as a protector, even if he thinks he’s inept.
Last time, he lost all the faith he had in himself, in the world, and in Otherworld. He is unbelievably lucky to have gotten another shot, and he’s currently trying to figure out who---or what---brought him back.

History:
Sythius grew up on a primitive world many light years away from Earth. Even the PTO hasn’t reached there. It was a primitive world, with many species of draconic species on it. The first and foremost of them were the reptilians. Gigantic 14 ft. tall behemoths of scale hide, spikes, teeth, and viciousness. For many years, these semi-sentient monsters ruled the planet, until one of the smaller races in the world, the lizardmen were able to rise up and destroy them. For centuries, the different species of the lizard men, some small and serpentine, others large and bulky. The strongest of them reached eight feet tall! Sythius was one of them.
When Sythius was an adolescent, a peer of his, the runt son of his tribe’s shaman-chief was possessed by some kind of powerful parasitic alien. Sythius was very close to this alien, and it unlocked his hidden potential for ki use. His chief-shaman’s clan secretly had a spaceship they salvaged decades ago from an area that the tribe believed was sacred, and during the chaos, when the possessed former-runt was running amok, Sythius was able to escape through dumb luck.
Many months later, Sythius awoke from the cryo tube he hid in, in the Milky Way Galaxy, and crashed into Earth.
When he landed, he met a human mutant named Quemon, who was very powerful compared to him. Quemon became a mentor of sorts and his only friend. However Sythius began growing in power faster than Quemon was, and as they got closer together in power, Quemon grew anxious. Sythius didn’t know at the time, but Quemon was very evil. Quemon betrayed Sythius, and they began a feud that would last the rest of several of each of their lives. Quemon destroyed Sythius mentally. He was his best friend, and Sythius was traumatized
One day, Quemon just… disappeared. Sythius was finally free, but without a target in Quemon aim his anger at… he turned it on himself. He started snowballing downhill.
The only friends he had were a retarded angel, and a bipolar sniper, who was also Quemon’s brother. They weren’t able to help him, though. The only one that could help him was himself.
The situation itself was perfectly designed to play off his many flaws to bring him down.
He tried to be a hero. He tried to fight the Colors. He tried to fight Wraith. But he wasn’t strong enough, physically, or mentally. During the fight with Wraith, he died and was sent to the reincarnation machine.
That wasn’t the end. Quemon was himself in the reincarnation machine. Somehow, he broke free. Sythius was spat from the machine, but he wasn’t fully himself. Parts of him were already digested and reincarnated into other people. He had lost his memories and went on all sorts of adventures. He died again, however, his soul wasn’t in good enough condition to be able to be brought back to life. He was tossed back into the repaired reincarnation chamber.
But something took him out. Whatever it was repaired him with the souls of several other dead people, who for whatever people were not reincarnating, or were sent to the afterlife. Whoever, took him out began to fix him. They started by trimming the parts of his essence that were too damaged or were too polluted, to be used. He was cleaned of all the "ick". In other words, the good and evil were separated from his soul. Then, the other souls, which had been processed to the point where it didn't have its own identity anymore, was used to patch up the holes, and to sew him up. Sythius' flesh was then created and immediately grafted onto his soul, in the space above New Vegeta.
He wasn't "born" into his current body. He was dressed in it. He isn't a fully "mortal" creature anymore. He's really just a spirit in a flesh suit. He doesn't have organs. Underneath his flesh, his bones are partially made of Ki. He isn't a spirit either. He's an abomination.

YOU CAN'T KILL ME! : You avoid most effects of death including (1 week wait after death, 7 life count, and you can travel to the afterlife whenever you wish. But if you are killed in a topic you cannot come back into that topic for the rest of the topic.)
Incorporeal: Sythius isn't tethered to the physical plane of existence like other people are. He can shift his physical body into an invisible one made entirely out of ki. While in this state, his energy attacks do double damage. However he also takes double damage from energy attacks, He cannot interact with the world around him physically while incorporeal. However, he can fly and use energy attacks.
Limb Liberation: You can detach every one of your body parts and telekinetically control them. You can also re-attach them at will. If a limb is destroyed while it’s detached, it will grow back over the course of 3 turns. This is very painful, and if the growing limb is hit at this point it will be permanently destroyed (until the person dies and comes back). This also gives a passive bonus towards a single stat, because your ki is aiding you. You can get any mixture of +20 strength to at most two limbs and/or agility until they are reattached. This is exchanged by -15 to focus.

Techniques:
Blaster Shell
A green multilayered ball of ki he charges in his hands. If he doesn’t charge it, it does 1x his focus in damage in a mile long radius. For every turn of charging it does .4x more damage. He is partially immune to the damage, and only takes half of the damage from the blast that others would take. (This would all be rounded to the nearest hundred.)
Ki Wall
A wall that is made out of ki. It blocks other attacks that use the 'focus' stat and reflects half of the damage back. The wall covers 180 degrees in one direction. It blocks damage up to 2.1x his focus and reflects back any blasts that are 1.9x his focus or under. Ki Wall has a cooldown of four turns between uses.

Weakness:
Sythius is very rash, emotional, and hard-headed. As such, he doesn’t plan anything out, and doesn’t “stick to the plan”. It’s very easy to manipulate him in a fight or a spar, through the use of taunts, and previous hits to goad him into doing something foolish.
Sythius is very erratic, to the point where allies, enemies, and even he doesn’t truly know what he’s going to do in any given situation. At one moment he’ll be very reliable and dedicated to a cause, and the next moment he’ll be off into a fight. Before he knows it he’ll have failed the task he was doing, wondering what happened.
Sythius is very emotional, although he does his best to hide it. If someone pays close attention, it’s very apparent that he isn’t in control of himself. He pushes people away with flashes of intense anger, and the next moment he’s calm, friendly, and serene.
