Personality: Reku is almost like a completely different person than he was 3 years ago. He is much less angry and emotionally unstable. He has grown a nice sense of humor and has become a lot more level headed. While he doesn’t want to attack Earth anymore, at least for now, he is planning on conquering other worlds as he is still a little power hungry . He cherishes his family and his kingdom, and wants to expand and develop his slowly forming empire. He wants to redeem himself for letting his brethren die in the war and believes that the saiyans have their own “Manifest Destiny” to fulfill.
History:
History: Reku was born from his saiyan father and human mother. He was raised on earth until he left his home to become stronger due his father leaving them and traveling to New Vegeta. Eventually, Reku left his home as well. He had gained a thirst for power and combat. After he cut off his tail in hatred for his father and the rest of the saiyan race, he is now traveling around the world, training to get stronger and stronger. He became a well respected hero and a member of the B.O.B for a time and has made a few friends, but ended betraying most of them in pursuit of his own goals.
Eventually, Reku reconnected with his son, Riku, but hasn’t seen him since he was kidnapped by some unknown blackmailer. While he desperately tried to look for him, overtime the thought of him left Reku’s mind. He moved on to bigger and better things, eventually leaving Earth and overthrowing King Quemon on Vegeta. Teaming up with Edgy Bitch and combining his new Saiyan Military with her Demonic forces, they attacked Earth, starting a war. At first it began to run smoothly, but after the appearance of Earth’s powerful warriors, they ended up losing.
Reku went on to fall in love and marry Edgy and they had a child together. A daughter named Eve. Now, King Reku rules over Vegeta, trying to expand his military might.

(If Successful) When you fuse you gain PL from both sides added together, both sets of moves and traits. (If Fails [usually from interruption]) You minus your 2 PLs, Lose traits and abilities [Unless you 2 have the exact same ones] and last for 10 rounds no matter what. (How this works is when this happens in the topic you 2 will be forced next to each other in pecking order. 1 will go the first round and the other will go the next round.) Another down side to this. Description: A technique similar to Ki Learner; Mimic allows [Your Character] to directly copy a technique of somebody else. Unlike Ki Learner, this is a one and done type of move. After using the mimicked technique, [Your Character] must re-mimic to learn it again. [Your Character] must start charging no later than one post after their opponent. Mimic does allow for the copying of custom techniques, but it is hard to pull off since it often requires one extra post of charging than the opponent.

Description: Two pairs of arms sprout out from the user allowing him/her to have six arms. These arms are made purely of dark ki, shown by their all black color. If severed, it takes 5 posts for them to fully regenerate. (No charge) (If the technique is stopped it has a 3 post cooldown).

Description: (No Charge, 3 post cooldown) (FOC/2) The user shoots out a black energy wave from one hand at the opponent.
Name: KI Absorption
Description: Reku is able to absorb any ki attack below or equal to FOC x 1.5. (Cooldown 4 posts). If there is an attack coming his way that is greater than this, he absorbs 30% of it instead. And boosts his own FOC stat by that amount until an energy attack is used.

Description: A passive ability that allows him to reflect any mental attack done upon him back onto the user.

Description: A technique that allows [Your Character] to copy the techniques of others. [Your Character] make physical contact with the person they are trying to copy and [Your Character] must have seen the technique used once already. [Your Character] cannot learn moves they already know nor can they learn custom techniques. [Your Character] must maintain physical contact for one post to fully learn the move, and the move remains in [Your Character]'s technique list for the remainder of the thread.

Description: Through precise ki control, [Your Character] can actually change their physical form into pure energy. This has several applications such as passing through some physical object and making them immune to physical attacks. [Your Character], however, takes double damage from ki attacks since they are pure energy. Can be used twice per battle, lasts one post each time.
Venomous Ki: [Your Character] creates a sinister ball of ki capable of poisoning the enemy. This poison leaves the opponent fatigued for a number of turns, cutting their Power Level (PL) in half for the duration of those turns. The attack can only be used once per thread. The duration increases with each extra post of charging, and the basic requirements for charging are 3 posts.
Body Size Control: [Your Character] is capable of changing their size on the spot. They can grow to giant sizes (within reason) or shrink down to the size of an ant.
Healing: [Your Character] is capable of administering first aid to them self or another character. If the wounds are minor (scrapes, bruises, cuts), the healing takes only one post. Description: Reku, using a ki avatar arm or hand construct, creates a large ball of Dark Ki that he can slam into the target. The force of it causes a create shockwave to happen and is able to send the opponent flying. (FOC x 1.5) (2 Post Charge) (4 Post Cooldown).
Name: Ki Avatar Mastery
TRAIT OR TECHNIQUE: Technique
Detailed Description: Becoming more efficient with his Ki Avatar technique, instead of creating an entire body he can put in portions. From simply summoning a rib cage to protect himself to creating an arm to block and attack. This allows him to use the techniques without getting fatigued. He can create multiple “body parts” to protect himself. Such as putting on a rib cage and then creating two arms. If he is just using a rib cage, all attacks from those below or 10% of above his power level have their damage cut in half. Anyone outside of the the 10% range has the ability to damage his ribcage overtime and it will eventually lead to its destruction. He can also create constructs like the Ki Avatar arms, which can be used to completely block attacks. Because he doesn’t have to focus so much on his ki as he would if he used a full body, can stretch his appendages as far as he can see, mimicking the elasticity the technique, only using his avatar instead of his actual body. He can create constructs that would admit from his previous ones, making it more dangerous. (For example, he would stretch a fist towards his opponent, but should the opponent back up out of his reach, two arms made extend out and land a blow. Or if he uses his ribcage, spikes may emit from the “bones”) The rule for breaking these are the same for the ribcage. It takes a cooldown of 5 posts before Reku can create something else.

Detailed Description: Reku can create weapons and objects out of pure fire, such as a scythe or a sword and because it is fire, the weapons also burn the opponent.

Detailed Description: Using darkness of Reku's heart and manifesting it into a physical form, a “ki cloak” forms around his whole body, almost outlining it. His endurance increases by 5 and his focus decreases by 5.

Description: Reku’s soul has become so corrupt that he is able to fuel his regular ki with his emotions, and because of this he can display incredible feats. Even sensing him while he is utilizing this form of energy is extremely stressful on the mind, sensing an overwhelming evil that may even be exhausting though people with mind block are RESISTANT to its effects. Using Dark Ki allows Reku to display some new abilities. When this ability is in use, he gains a dark red, ghostly aura around his body.

Description: This isn't legitimate electricity, but rather dark ki that takes the form of lightning. When it hits, it is painful to both the mind and the body, Even if it may not do much physical damage, it would definitely feel like it did. To the mind, it would feel like the boundaries of your sanity would be pushed to its absolute limits, but not quite going over, making it torture. While people with the techniques such as mind block or pain resistance may be able to hold off the effects for a time, they would only be delaying the inevitable.

Description: Reku can infuse his dark ki with any inanimate object (as strong as his strength stat), making them strong enough to use as weapons. The weapons themselves are as powerful as
Reku himself. It can make simple wooden sticks seem as hard as steel. Of course the amp is lost when Reku let goes of the weapon.
Name: Life Force Absorption (Read Desc)

Description: Reku is able to absorb energy from life such as plants, NPCs and PCs (With permission), and other organic matter in order to fuel his own power. When he does so, he can only gain a maximum of +10 on all stats (1 per post he absorbs, must not interrupted.) but this is only temporary. It will decrease 1 per post until it gets back to the normal stats (10 post cooldown). If he starts absorbing a PC -4 from the focus stat each turn he is allowed to absorb with all of his stats gaining a +1.

Description: Reku forms a triangular shape with his hands and forces out a powerful energy wave that makes a crater shaped like a square. The power of the techniques starts at 100% focus and gets a boost of 30% for every turn charged, cutting his power level by 30% each time it’s used until the power just kills him.

Description: (Lasts for 3 posts) (2 post charge). Reku surrounds himself with fiery tornado. Touching the tornado itself would result in severe burns. It serves as a shield (defending from attacks up to 1.5x FOC) as well as a weapon, spewing out fireballs in all directions. (Cooldown 10 posts).

Description:
(4 post charge. [(FOC x 2) + (STR/5)]). Reku throws his hands forward, unleashing a large ki attack in the shape of a tiger. Upon contact, it releases a concussive explosion that would blow the enemy away.

Description: (FOC x 2) (3 post charge) (7 post cooldown). Reku creates a large ball of energy with one hand before throwing it down upon his opponent, causing an explosion when landing.

Description: (4 post charge) (FOC x 4 and 2 total posts to fire or STR x 3) (8 post cooldown) Reku creates two Nova Bombs this time, but they float above him. Reku then takes the energy of the two blasts and absorbs it into himself. From there, he can either use fire a beam (FOC x 4 and 1 extra post to fire) or ram into the enemy, unleashing all of the energy (STR x 3).

Trait or Technique: Technique
Description: A dark silhouette of Reku comes out of his body and is used to fight for him. It has his exact stats and PL and only his Dark Reku techniques. It does not take damage and has nigh-infinite stamina, but does respond to attacks accordingly (Ex. Being sent flying a punch). Reku control the puppet using dark ki strings invisible to the naked eye. The puppet is unable to hide its own energy. Reku is unable to use any other techniques or do any exaggerated movements such as high speed flight, diving, running, etc. Basically, anything more than walking or a simple block. Otherwise, the dark puppet will disperse. It will also immediately disperse if Reku is hit by an attack. He can create more than one, but if he does the PL of the puppets is divided by how many there are (Slightly different than the multiform drawback). If one puppet is killed, its Pl goes to one of the puppets only and is not divided equally among all the others. (5 post cooldown, starts after all of the puppets die).

Description: (3 Post Charge) Similar to the Spirit Bomb technique, Reku uses the life energy of his surroundings. Cannot be used on PCs or NPCs, just things like plants and regular animals. He absorbs the energy, causing whatever he absorbed it from to weaken and/or die and increases all of his stats by 2. (Lasts 5 posts). (5 post cooldown. Starts after the effect wears off.)

Description: (2 Post Charge to initiate the attack) Reku puts his hands forward, and a white circle forms in front of him. From there, he fires five large, white arrows as his opponent. One at a time. He can detonate them at will. (One arrow/explosion FOC x 1.1).

Description:
(One Time Use per thread) The Raging Dragon is a technique that utilizes his very soul. The rage and hatred in his heart are manifested as a single, giant dragon that surrounds his body. He starts but assuming a stance with his soul starting out as a red, fiery, aura. Cracks would form in his skin, acting as the exit points for his soul to manifest. Once this is complete (1 post), he’d run/fly towards his enemy with blazing speed (Speed stat doubles). and the strength of the technique itself is 6x his focus (Can be used with transformations). He can keep this going for two posts before giving out. Once arriving at his target, he’d simply run into him/her/it, resulting an explosion that would blow the enemy away, and the target would be left stunned for one post after because of its sheer power. Afterwards, due to the stress of the technique, the user would be forced into his/her/its base form for ten posts, being lying down (stunned) for 5 posts, focus stat at 1 and endurance at 5, and the PL would be cut by 50% for the rest of the thread.
Instantaneous Teleportation(Short Range) AKA Blink: Short Ranged teleportation
Chaos Blast: The user puts his hands together and a red energy forms in his hands as he would fire a beam about his height, down onto the opponent. About the strength of a kamehameha. (Takes two turns to charge).
Explosive Wave: The user explosively releases energy from their body, damaging anyone near them. (Only 3 times per thread)
Turtle Strike: The signature rush of the Turtle School, the user dashes at the opponent, striking them in the stomach and following with an uppercut to the chin. The user dashes up ahead of the opponent and fires a Kamehameha Wave, blasting the opponent into the ground. In reality, the user charges for 2 posts, before the user uses their extreme speed to rush the opponent outside of the blind eye's sight, punching into the stomach and uppercutting into the chin for a damaging strike at 3x the user's STR, before firing a point blank Kamehameha Wave at its minimum power of 3.5x the user's FOC, throwing the opponent a far distance away and into the ground if it hits. This is extremely predictable to the opponent after the first use and thus can only be used once per battle, failing every time afterward.
Super Kamehameha: The most powerful blast in the line up of the Kamehameha family, and is especially powerful. It is so powerful, that comparing it to the original Kamehameha is nigh impossible, and the user must specify they are using this form instead of it's previous. Upon charging the attack for 3 posts within the same fashion as the original Kamehameha, the user may fire off a blast at 4.5x the user's FOC. However, the user is able to power further than before like the original, and can force even more power behind it to add +0.5x the blast for a maximum of 6 extra posts of charge. The most powerful this move can be, after reaching the maximum amount of charge, is 7.5x the user's FOC stat. The sheer power behind this attack is so great that it can only be used twice per battle, taking much of the user's Ki with them.
Kamehameha:Signature move of the Turtle School, this skill is very flexible and has been reported to be very malleable after being fired, allowing for the user to put more force behind it at the cost of winding themselves or even adding alternative effects to the skill.
The technique charges for 1 post to fire at 2.8x the user's FOCUS stat flat.
The user can charge for a maximum of 5 posts for +0.5x per turn to a maximum of 5.3x the user's Focus
At the cost of adding a cooldown per post, the user can put extra force equal to a charge up to a maximum of 3 posts/cooldowns.
Shield: Reku folds his arms on his chest and a yellow orb surrounds him, shielding him. Only last for one turn, and it can break if the pl of the attacker is higher than Reku's. Reku also cannot move, or do anything else while using this technique. 5 post cooldown
Lightning fist: Lightning forms around Reku's fist, and adds more damage to his fist. He can only use this technique with one hand. Close range only. 1 post charge
Magma fists:
Both of Rekus lower forearms turn into Magman for two posts. Adding damage to his attacks. Also you know....magma. It burns. Additionally, half Rekus focus is added to str for the duration of the attack. Of course the amount of damage depends on the pl of the opponent. This also makes his hands and lower forearm immune to any hot object. Like a fire weapon or something. 4 post cooldown
Ki Avatar:
Charge: 4 post
Side Effects: Number of posts he uses it=The number post he has fatigue which starts after 5 posts, therefore still having the fatigue after cancellation of the technique.
Speed is reduced to 15. The 10 stats goes to endurance for the duration of the technique
Cooldown: Fatigue period
Description: A 6 story size ki avatar forms around Reku as he is suspended in mid air in the middle of the avatar. Only able to use physical attacks, cannot fire ki blasts or ki waves. Maybe able to use ki weapons in the future. Can't fly. Is cancelled if Reku is hit directly. (AKA him not the avatar). People with higher pl can bypass it with a beam wave and crack it with physical attacks, can be broken with multiple hits. If an avatar limb is detached/broken, only way for Reku to regrow it would be to stay still in a knelt down position for two turns, regrowing the limb. The avatar can pick up stuff real easily(cause you know it's big and...you get the idea)
Vision Mastery:
Reku has trained his mind's eye and is now able see 330 degrees up to 5 KM. Only his pupils disappear, not his iris, when he performs this technique. This ability is not passive and can keep it on while doing anything else for as long as he wants. He can also see the ki, magic energy, etc. In someone's body, therefore can see how strong people are or whether they use ki, magic, etc. (Ki/Magic/other concealment wont work with this. Even with androids) He can also see if people are being possesed by someone else or being controlled by someone else by seeing strings or abnormal flow of ki, etc. Blindfolding him or taking away/alternating his vision by any means does not effect this technique, because he's not really using his physical eyes. His regular vision is effected though. He is able to see people behind walls.
Drawbacks: Can be thrown off or field of vision can be limited with smoke or if his mind is attacked by some kind of psychic technique (Like Big Shot's mental-nightmare-pain thing). Being communicated with telepathy or his mind being read can cause migraines with paralytic pain while this is active. Another is that he has a 30 degree blind spot on back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebrae.
Ki Concealment:
Is able to suppress or completely hide his pl to be undetectable.
Prominence Typhoon:
Reku stretches their arms wide open to the sides, from which a spiraling column of fire is released and sent flying towards the enemy. As powerful as two KameHameHa waves

With an arched movement of his arm, Reku can form 15 fiery, curved purple beams is fired towards the target, with each beam tracking them down and moving to strike them separately from the others. On contact, such beams generate an explosion. Each one as powerful as a ki blast

Hell Prominence:
Reku puts his hands out in front of him and builds up purple energy in front of them. Said energy is subsequently released into a large, long and powerfully destructive laser-like beam that is capable of creating a chain of explosions throughout the area. Upon contact, it would cut through the opponent.

Description:
Reku starts off with two kicks, the second being a dropkick that allows to propel himself back. He dashes forward once more to follow up with a spinning kick that carries his opponent into the air before ending with a strong kick to the victim’s face. This technique is amplified by his fire abilities. His FOC stat decreases by 20 (and stays that way for two turns after the technique’s completion), with his STR and AGI stats becoming 35 while the attack is going on. (5 post cooldown)

Description:
Reku starts off with a strong uppercut, followed up by two more. The third uppercut is aimed at the chest. If it hits, Reku flies up into the air with his fist carrying his target with him. He flies passed them a little before using his Lunar Smash technique, only this time, he brings his fist down upon his opponent’s face and drives them into the ground. The last punch itself is 50 STR due to his ki being combined with his physical attack. (7 post cooldown)

(1 post charge) Reku brings his hand up and charges dark ki in his hand. He closes his hand around it and forms a fist as he slams it into the ground. The energy explodes upward like a geyser and expands outward about 10 meters. The targets would be hit into the air if it hits. The attack’s strength is 35 FOC. (5 post cooldown).

Description: Dark Reku’s unnatural ki merges with the atmosphere temporarily. It enters the victim’s body via breathing or can enter in their open wounds. The victim will experience, for 5 posts, a -5 decrease in the FOC stat as well as a feeling of weakness.(10 post cooldown). Victims under 50% of Reku’s PL will experience dizziness and as a result will have poor aim.

Description: A technique that allows [Your Character] to copy the techniques of others. [Your Character] make physical contact with the person they are trying to copy and [Your Character] must have seen the technique used once already. [Your Character] cannot learn moves they already know nor can they learn custom techniques. [Your Character] must maintain physical contact for one post to fully learn the move, and the move remains in [Your Character]'s technique list for the remainder of the thread.

Description: Through precise ki control, [Your Character] can actually change their physical form into pure energy. This has several applications such as passing through some physical object and making them immune to physical attacks. [Your Character], however, takes double damage from ki attacks since they are pure energy. Can be used twice per battle, lasts one post each time.
Venomous Ki: [Your Character] creates a sinister ball of ki capable of poisoning the enemy. This poison leaves the opponent fatigued for a number of turns, cutting their Power Level (PL) in half for the duration of those turns. The attack can only be used once per thread. The duration increases with each extra post of charging, and the basic requirements for charging are 3 posts.
Body Size Control: [Your Character] is capable of changing their size on the spot. They can grow to giant sizes (within reason) or shrink down to the size of an ant.
Healing: [Your Character] is capable of administering first aid to them self or another character. If the wounds are minor (scrapes, bruises, cuts), the healing takes only one post. If there are moderate wounds (fractures, large gashes, etc), the healing takes three posts. If there are critical wounds (broken bones, punctured minor organs, etc), the healing takes five posts. If the wounds would be fatal, the healing takes seven posts. However, unlike a similar trait, this technique acts passive when activated. The cost of doing so is the lost of 2 FOC points per turn until it reaches 1. When that happens, the passive technique stops (10 Post Cooldown) and isn’t able to be used until the FOC stat reaches at least 20 (Regains 1 point per turn).

Description: Reku, using a ki avatar arm or hand construct, creates a large ball of Dark Ki that he can slam into the target. The force of it causes a create shockwave to happen and is able to send the opponent flying. (FOC x 1.5) (2 Post Charge) (4 Post Cooldown).
Name: Ki Avatar Mastery
TRAIT OR TECHNIQUE: Technique
Detailed Description: Becoming more efficient with his Ki Avatar technique, instead of creating an entire body he can put in portions. From simply summoning a rib cage to protect himself to creating an arm to block and attack. This allows him to use the techniques without getting fatigued. He can create multiple “body parts” to protect himself. Such as putting on a rib cage and then creating two arms. If he is just using a rib cage, all attacks from those below or 10% of above his power level have their damage cut in half. Anyone outside of the the 10% range has the ability to damage his ribcage overtime and it will eventually lead to its destruction. He can also create constructs like the Ki Avatar arms, which can be used to completely block attacks. Because he doesn’t have to focus so much on his ki as he would if he used a full body, can stretch his appendages as far as he can see, mimicking the elasticity the technique, only using his avatar instead of his actual body. He can create constructs that would admit from his previous ones, making it more dangerous. (For example, he would stretch a fist towards his opponent, but should the opponent back up out of his reach, two arms made extend out and land a blow. Or if he uses his ribcage, spikes may emit from the “bones”) The rule for breaking these are the same for the ribcage. It takes a cooldown of 5 posts before Reku can create something else.

Detailed Description: Reku can create weapons and objects out of pure fire, such as a scythe or a sword and because it is fire, the weapons also burn the opponent.

Detailed Description: Using darkness of Reku's heart and manifesting it into a physical form, a “ki cloak” forms around his whole body, almost outlining it. His endurance increases by 5 and his focus decreases by 5.

Description: Reku’s soul has become so corrupt that he is able to fuel his regular ki with his emotions, and because of this he can display incredible feats. Even sensing him while he is utilizing this form of energy is extremely stressful on the mind, sensing an overwhelming evil that may even be exhausting though people with mind block are RESISTANT to its effects. Using Dark Ki allows Reku to display some new abilities. When this ability is in use, he gains a dark red, ghostly aura around his body.

Description: This isn't legitimate electricity, but rather dark ki that takes the form of lightning. When it hits, it is painful to both the mind and the body, Even if it may not do much physical damage, it would definitely feel like it did. To the mind, it would feel like the boundaries of your sanity would be pushed to its absolute limits, but not quite going over, making it torture. While people with the techniques such as mind block or pain resistance may be able to hold off the effects for a time, they would only be delaying the inevitable.

Description: Reku can infuse his dark ki with any inanimate object (as strong as his strength stat), making them strong enough to use as weapons. The weapons themselves are as powerful as
Reku himself. It can make simple wooden sticks seem as hard as steel. Of course the amp is lost when Reku let goes of the weapon.
Name: Life Force Absorption (Read Desc)

Description: Reku is able to absorb energy from life such as plants, NPCs and PCs (With permission), and other organic matter in order to fuel his own power. When he does so, he can only gain a maximum of +10 on all stats (1 per post he absorbs, must not interrupted.) but this is only temporary. It will decrease 1 per post until it gets back to the normal stats (10 post cooldown). If he starts absorbing a PC -4 from the focus stat each turn he is allowed to absorb with all of his stats gaining a +1.

Description: Reku forms a triangular shape with his hands and forces out a powerful energy wave that makes a crater shaped like a square. The power of the techniques starts at 100% focus and gets a boost of 30% for every turn charged, cutting his power level by 30% each time it’s used until the power just kills him.

Description: (Lasts for 3 posts) (2 post charge). Reku surrounds himself with fiery tornado. Touching the tornado itself would result in severe burns. It serves as a shield (defending from attacks up to 1.5x FOC) as well as a weapon, spewing out fireballs in all directions. (Cooldown 10 posts).

Description:
(4 post charge. [(FOC x 2) + (STR/5)]). Reku throws his hands forward, unleashing a large ki attack in the shape of a tiger. Upon contact, it releases a concussive explosion that would blow the enemy away.

Description: (FOC x 2) (3 post charge) (7 post cooldown). Reku creates a large ball of energy with one hand before throwing it down upon his opponent, causing an explosion when landing.

Description: (4 post charge) (FOC x 4 and 2 total posts to fire or STR x 3) (8 post cooldown) Reku creates two Nova Bombs this time, but they float above him. Reku then takes the energy of the two blasts and absorbs it into himself. From there, he can either use fire a beam (FOC x 4 and 1 extra post to fire) or ram into the enemy, unleashing all of the energy (STR x 3).

Description: A dark silhouette of Reku comes out of his body and is used to fight for him. It has his exact stats and PL and only his Dark Reku techniques. It does not take damage and has nigh-infinite stamina, but does respond to attacks accordingly (Ex. Being sent flying a punch). Reku control the puppet using dark ki strings invisible to the naked eye. The puppet is unable to hide its own energy. Reku is unable to use any other techniques or do any exaggerated movements such as high speed flight, diving, running, etc. Basically, anything more than walking or a simple block. Otherwise, the dark puppet will disperse. It will also immediately disperse if Reku is hit by an attack. He can create more than one, but if he does the PL of the puppets is divided by how many there are (Slightly different than the multiform drawback). If one puppet is killed, its Pl goes to one of the puppets only and is not divided equally among all the others. (5 post cooldown, starts after all of the puppets die).

Description: (3 Post Charge) Similar to the Spirit Bomb technique, Reku uses the life energy of his surroundings. Cannot be used on PCs or NPCs, just things like plants and regular animals. He absorbs the energy, causing whatever he absorbed it from to weaken and/or die and increases all of his stats by 2. (Lasts 5 posts). (5 post cooldown. Starts after the effect wears off.)

Instantaneous Teleportation(Short Range) AKA Blink: Short Ranged teleportation
Chaos Blast: The user puts his hands together and a red energy forms in his hands as he would fire a beam about his height, down onto the opponent. About the strength of a kamehameha. (Takes two turns to charge).
Explosive Wave: The user explosively releases energy from their body, damaging anyone near them. (Only 3 times per thread)
Turtle Strike: The signature rush of the Turtle School, the user dashes at the opponent, striking them in the stomach and following with an uppercut to the chin. The user dashes up ahead of the opponent and fires a Kamehameha Wave, blasting the opponent into the ground. In reality, the user charges for 2 posts, before the user uses their extreme speed to rush the opponent outside of the blind eye's sight, punching into the stomach and uppercutting into the chin for a damaging strike at 3x the user's STR, before firing a point blank Kamehameha Wave at its minimum power of 3.5x the user's FOC, throwing the opponent a far distance away and into the ground if it hits. This is extremely predictable to the opponent after the first use and thus can only be used once per battle, failing every time afterward.
Super Kamehameha: The most powerful blast in the line up of the Kamehameha family, and is especially powerful. It is so powerful, that comparing it to the original Kamehameha is nigh impossible, and the user must specify they are using this form instead of it's previous. Upon charging the attack for 3 posts within the same fashion as the original Kamehameha, the user may fire off a blast at 4.5x the user's FOC. However, the user is able to power further than before like the original, and can force even more power behind it to add +0.5x the blast for a maximum of 6 extra posts of charge. The most powerful this move can be, after reaching the maximum amount of charge, is 7.5x the user's FOC stat. The sheer power behind this attack is so great that it can only be used twice per battle, taking much of the user's Ki with them.
Kamehameha:Signature move of the Turtle School, this skill is very flexible and has been reported to be very malleable after being fired, allowing for the user to put more force behind it at the cost of winding themselves or even adding alternative effects to the skill.
The technique charges for 1 post to fire at 2.8x the user's FOCUS stat flat.
The user can charge for a maximum of 5 posts for +0.5x per turn to a maximum of 5.3x the user's Focus
At the cost of adding a cooldown per post, the user can put extra force equal to a charge up to a maximum of 3 posts/cooldowns.
Shield: Reku folds his arms on his chest and a yellow orb surrounds him, shielding him. Only last for one turn, and it can break if the pl of the attacker is higher than Reku's. Reku also cannot move, or do anything else while using this technique. 5 post cooldown
Lightning fist: Lightning forms around Reku's fist, and adds more damage to his fist. He can only use this technique with one hand. Close range only. 1 post charge
Magma fists:
Both of Rekus lower forearms turn into Magman for two posts. Adding damage to his attacks. Also you know....magma. It burns. Additionally, half Rekus focus is added to str for the duration of the attack. Of course the amount of damage depends on the pl of the opponent. This also makes his hands and lower forearm immune to any hot object. Like a fire weapon or something. 4 post cooldown
Ki Avatar:

Side Effects: Number of posts he uses it=The number post he has fatigue which starts after 5 posts, therefore still having the fatigue after cancellation of the technique.
Speed is reduced to 15. The 10 stats goes to endurance for the duration of the technique
Cooldown: Fatigue period
Description: A 6 story size ki avatar forms around Reku as he is suspended in mid air in the middle of the avatar. Only able to use physical attacks, cannot fire ki blasts or ki waves. Maybe able to use ki weapons in the future. Can't fly. Is cancelled if Reku is hit directly. (AKA him not the avatar). People with higher pl can bypass it with a beam wave and crack it with physical attacks, can be broken with multiple hits. If an avatar limb is detached/broken, only way for Reku to regrow it would be to stay still in a knelt down position for two turns, regrowing the limb. The avatar can pick up stuff real easily(cause you know it's big and...you get the idea)
Vision Mastery:
Reku has trained his mind's eye and is now able see 330 degrees up to 5 KM. Only his pupils disappear, not his iris, when he performs this technique. This ability is not passive and can keep it on while doing anything else for as long as he wants. He can also see the ki, magic energy, etc. In someone's body, therefore can see how strong people are or whether they use ki, magic, etc. (Ki/Magic/other concealment wont work with this. Even with androids) He can also see if people are being possesed by someone else or being controlled by someone else by seeing strings or abnormal flow of ki, etc. Blindfolding him or taking away/alternating his vision by any means does not effect this technique, because he's not really using his physical eyes. His regular vision is effected though. He is able to see people behind walls.
Drawbacks: Can be thrown off or field of vision can be limited with smoke or if his mind is attacked by some kind of psychic technique (Like Big Shot's mental-nightmare-pain thing). Being communicated with telepathy or his mind being read can cause migraines with paralytic pain while this is active. Another is that he has a 30 degree blind spot on back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebrae.
Ki Concealment:
Is able to suppress or completely hide his pl to be undetectable.
Prominence Typhoon:
Reku stretches their arms wide open to the sides, from which a spiraling column of fire is released and sent flying towards the enemy. As powerful as two KameHameHa waves

With an arched movement of his arm, Reku can form 15 fiery, curved purple beams is fired towards the target, with each beam tracking them down and moving to strike them separately from the others. On contact, such beams generate an explosion. Each one as powerful as a ki blast

Reku puts his hands out in front of him and builds up purple energy in front of them. Said energy is subsequently released into a large, long and powerfully destructive laser-like beam that is capable of creating a chain of explosions throughout the area. Description:
Reku starts off with two kicks, the second being a dropkick that allows to propel himself back. He dashes forward once more to follow up with a spinning kick that carries his opponent into the air before ending with a strong kick to the victim’s face. This technique is amplified by his fire abilities. His FOC stat decreases by 20 (and stays that way for two turns after the technique’s completion), with his STR and AGI stats becoming 35 while the attack is going on. (5 post cooldown)

Description:
Reku starts off with a strong uppercut, followed up by two more. The third uppercut is aimed at the chest. If it hits, Reku flies up into the air with his fist carrying his target with him. He flies passed them a little before using his Lunar Smash technique, only this time, he brings his fist down upon his opponent’s face and drives them into the ground. The last punch itself is 50 STR due to his ki being combined with his physical attack. (7 post cooldown)

(1 post charge) Reku brings his hand up and charges dark ki in his hand. He closes his hand around it and forms a fist as he slams it into the ground. The energy explodes upward like a geyser and expands outward about 10 meters. The targets would be hit into the air if it hits. The attack’s strength is 35 FOC. (5 post cooldown).

Description: Dark Reku’s unnatural ki merges with the atmosphere temporarily. It enters the victim’s body via breathing or can enter in their open wounds. The victim will experience, for 5 posts, a -5 decrease in the FOC stat as well as a feeling of weakness.(10 post cooldown). Victims under 50% of Reku’s PL will experience dizziness and as a result will have poor aim.

Description: Unlike before, where Reku had tainted ki, in his Dark Reku form his ki is transformed into something of a completely different type, and therefore he cannot, nor can his ki attacks can sensed by anyone.

Family: With a wife and daughter, Reku now has people that people might target in order to get to him.
Infamy: Due to the attack on Earth, he now has a hard time making friends across the universe due to how infamous he has become.
Low Confidence: After his encounter with Nexon during the time skip, Reku has a lot of trouble and hesitance in making extremely important decisions. He cracks under pressure.
