Okora’s saiyan pod slammed onto the ground on the planet of Yardrat. As it opened, the teen stepped out onto the extraterrestrial landscape. He looked around, not impressed by what he saw. He saw cities, but they were low-tech and fairly primitive. He needed a break from Earth, but this was not exactly what he had in mind. He flew into the city, flying over its tall buildings until he saw a strange looking one below. He landed onto the ground and looked through a window. It was a martial arts dojo, which is something that shocked Okora. He walked inside, eager to learn what kind of techniques they had, but was instantly stopped by an old man.
He seemed to have read his mind, because he said, “For you learn our ways, you must prove your nobility.” He pointed behind Okora, and the latter turned around and saw a robbery taking place. While Okora had half a mind to let him go, he figured that he had a greater opportunity here and had to temporarily compromise his beliefs. He, reluctantly, flew towards the robber at high speeds, blinking behind him and punching him in the stomach, letting him drop to his knees. He looked back at the old man, who squinted, as if examining him, before nodding and letting him in to train.
The Test.
The master was pleased with your work and accepts your request for training. He needs to test you first, though, you must fight 3 of your fellow students and try and beat them without falling, if you do you will fail. You are very determined to win and will not lose no matter what.

Okora found himself in a room in the dojo, surrounded by three students of the Yardrat dojo. The old man from before stood in front of him, giving him instructions. “You are to fight these three students at once. You must win, but there’s a catch. If you fall, you will automatically fail. Am I understood?” He asked, waiting for Okora’s response.
The teen nodded his head, his white aura sprouting to life. It flared ferociously, showing quite a bit of energy. It made the three students cautious, clearly having underestimating him before. The old man backed up into the doorway of the room to give him space. “Understood.” Okora replied, getting into a battle stance and preparing himself. The old man looked at each of his students, making sure they were ready.
“Begin!” The master said, commencing the battle. The three students charged forward, each of them shouting a battle cry. Okora smirked, ducking and avoiding the punch that the student threw at him. He responded with a counter attack, kicking the student through the wall behind him. The other two attacked together, thinking they could overpower him if they combined their power. Okora kicked out one the warrior’s knees and turned around, drilling what seemed like endless punches into the other’s chest before knocking him down for the count with a strong uppercut. The saiyan felt a blast hit his back, stumbling forward as the other warrior, flying since he could no longer walk, aim a kick at his face. Okora quickly recovered and took a ki blasts and shoved it right into his face. Smoke began to fill the room as he fell to the ground, defeated.
Okora, standing as the victor, was approached by old man, who was impressed and nodded in approval. “Now we can move on.” He said.

Okora was brought out in the backyard of the dojo. It was surrounded by a fence that kept potential trespassers out. The old man approached him and gave him a new set of instructions. “I will now show you our ways. This is the art that us Yardrats utilize in combat. Observe.” He said before taking on a peculiar stands. He performed a string of complex and combos, demonstrating the flexibility of joints.
Okora’s skinned crawled as he saw it, already not liking the look of it. It sort of looked like the double jointed dancers that they had on Earth. It was clever and effective, but disturbing to watch. The old man performed more unique moves before stopping, ending his demonstration. He walked up to Okora, amused at his disgusted face before explaining his style.
“The Yardrat’s martial arts style is very fluid and is supposed to feel natural. You are supposed to try and obtain full control of your body, utilizing it any way you want to. It difficult to learn, but once learned to use efficiently it is quite dangerous. Are you sure that you are up to the challenge? This is your last chance to walk away.” The old master asked, warning him.
Okora shook his head and took a deep breath. “I’m ready. As a member of a warrior race, I must be prepared to face any challenge that comes before me. Otherwise, how else can I expect to go further?” He replied, making the old man proud that he took him in as his student. “Good, because you only have two days. See you then!” He replied, walking away. After 48 hours and many incidents of dislocated joints, Okora had finally gotten the hang of it. The master returned pleased, but was quick to give the saiyan some much needed rest. He looked exhausted and very injured. He needed his body to heal.
The Challenge.
You have learned their style, now you have to apply it. Fight the strongest being on Yardrat other than your master, the being is a dragon. That dragon has blue talons and a brown body with green eyes, it breaths ki and fire so make sure to....DOOOOOOOOOOOODDGEE!!

+Instant Transmission: It is a technique for traveling long distances instantly. This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on his forehead to help him concentrate. Also during battle, in order to successfully do this one needs 2-3 turns with uninterrupted concentration.
Because Instant Transmission requires a ki signature to lock onto (whereas Instantaneous Movement does not), the successful performance of the technique is dependent on one's ability to detect them.

Okora was woken up from his bed with a rumble, reminding him of the incident on Planet Namek when his resistance force attacked. A yardrat rushed into the room, letting out a huge sigh of relief upon seeing the saiyan awake. “Please, you must help us! A dragon is attacking the city! It has somehow woken up from its slumber!” He said urgently.
The saiyan ran to the window in the room and looked outside, horrified at what he saw. Many villagers were burning alive after facing the monster’s wrath and the other martial artists were helpless to stop it. Okora turned back toward the man who warned him of the present danger. “Where is the master? Shouldn’t he be helping them?” He asked, but was confused when the yardrat grew frustrated.
“He did, but even he could not stop the dragon. He is currently in the infirmary with medics tending to his wounds. He is grave condition, and it is uncertain if he will survive. You are the only one we can turn to. Please!” The Yardrat began to go on his knees and beg. Okora sighed, looking back outside to see the dragon seemingly unstoppable. Pathetic. They can’t even defend their own home? At least those insects on Earth have some form of protection. Maybe they deserve to die after all.
The Yardrat continued to beg, but Okora blocked him out as he tried to only focus on his thoughts. Though, it seemed like fate had other plans, because the dragon saw Okora through the window and decided that he would be his next target. He swung around, his tail crashing through the sides of the wall. Okora’s thoughts were interrupted as he instinctively evaded the debris and went underneath the swinging tail using his newly acquired flexibility. The yardrat did this as well, barely avoiding his demise.
Thankful for what his master had taught him, it was then realized that he owed him in a way. Very well. Time to pay my debt. He thought, deciding to help after all. He flew out of the building through the destroyed ceiling. Okora fired a volley of ki blasts, but they surrounded the dragon and simply floated there. He brought his arms to his chest, making the ki blasts collide into the dragons from all sides. This was the Hellzone Grenade, a technique he learned from the Black Dragon Clan during his time on Namek. He flew in, finishing off the beast by ripping off a sharp piece of the building and flew towards its head, driving it straight through the skull.
Before anyone could understand what was happening, Okora flew towards his saiyan pod. His business was done here, and he had had enough of this planet. With his goal achieved, he figured that the death of the dragon was a goodbye present and used his pod to leave, continuing his adventure elsewhere. Who knows what fate had in store for him next?
