The decoys, Azuki, and Shadic watched as Reku started charging his attack. "Do you think you can get a better angle Azuki? You just need to hit the big guy." Shadic suggested to his female friend, who was slowly losing control of her attack.
"Yeah, that's a negative on that idea. I try to move and this thing is just gonna go, which I'm surprised hasn't already happened." She knew if this attack was released, and hit the hate-induced Reku, there would be hell to pay. Nobody wanted that.
"Well, just hang in there, then. We can't afford to get..." Shadic gestured towards the fight going in ahead of them, "that aggro'd on us. You got this, I believe in you."
The red sphere of ki grew brighter and bigger as Reku was prepared to launch it at the creation, who had walked out of the smoke, finishing up his transformation. His hair had grown in length and his body became bigger and more muscular. His mass was too much for his clothes, ripping and tearing showing pure bulk. Reku’s eyes widened in horror once he saw that he had failed in stopping Kane. He felt more angry, cursing his own incompetence. He looked up at Azuki, who was barely holding on to her attack.
“FIRE IT! FIRE IT!” He shouted in desperation, seeing Kane was quite pissed and stood still, already trying to heal its injuries.
Azuki heard Reku demanding she fire it, and for once had no problem listening to the hybrid. She unleashed her attack that she'd been charging for a while now ((6 turns, twice as long as the recommended charging time)) which flew towards the powered-up beast that Kane had become. She let out a sigh of relief as the fireball was freed from her grasp.
Shadic watched as the fireball flew towards the powered up Kane, deciding to send his decoy over to Reku. The decoy hurried over and stood by his ally as he asked, "You ready for this?" Due to his invisible ki, nobody could possibly tell the decoy apart from the real Shadic. So, as the decoy and Reku did whatever they were going to do, the real Shadic thought up a sneak attack strategy.
This was his first time ever using his decoys in battle, and since he was unable to train with them before, he had no clue what their limitations were. It was completely possible that the decoy would just disappear mid-fight, even if he wasn't touched. Either way, Shadic would deal with that if it happened. For now, he just needed to get in a position to surprise everybody. He hid behind a rock not too far away from the action, ready to strike.
Reku looked at Shadic’s clone and shrugged. “Doesn’t matter, we’re here now aren’t we?” He said before he fired his chaos blast with a loud roar as well as Kane was in the middle of healing. Kane smirked as the two attacks were headed towards him. “Is that all you’ve got?” He asked before smacking away Azuki’s blast, which was fired first, right back at her before immediately holding back Reku’s chaos blast with relative ease. “Please, this is just as pathetic as last time. “ He commented before, with a huge grunt, pushing the blast upwards, letting it fly into the air.
Shadic and Azuki both raised their eyebrows in surprise as Kane managed to smack the fireball back with ease. Azuki was in no way fast enough to avoid it, but Shadic was on the case. One of his decoys flew in and slammed into the female Saiyan, knocking her out of the range of the attack by merely inches. The decoy disappeared into thin air, poofing away since it took damage. Azuki rolled in the air before landing in the grass.
"How the shit did he do that? I mean, that fire must've singed his hand or something!" Her aura flared as she questioned the power of Kane. One of Shadic's decoys scurried over to check on his friend.
The decoy looked at Azuki, making sure she did not have any noticeable physical injuries before asking, "Hey, hey Azuki, you good? Nothing serious?"
Azuki smiled as she responded, "I see you checking me out. Known me for all this time and still nothing's changed." Shadic's decoy rolled his eyes, knowing she was just fine.
Back to the fight at hand, Shadic's other decoy and Reku watched as Kane took the blast and literally shoved it into the sky. "Is pain, like, irrelevant to this guy? There's no way you can just catch an attack like that with no reaction." He got in his fighting stance, ready to rumble.
"Since he seems to be really interested in you, how about you go in first. I'll be right behind ya, don't worry." Decoy Shadic knew his time was coming to an end, but even still he was ready to go.
Real Shadic continued to hide within the grass and behind some rocks, waiting for his cue.
“Yeah I may have forgot to mention that he can’t feel pain. Doesn’t matter though, it just means we can ensure a painless death.” Reku replied, seeing his attack deflected with ease. He looked at the decoy when it told him to go in first. He was about to protest, but sighed instead. “Will do.” He responded before dashing off towards Kane will everything he had. He fired multiple ki blasts and Kane rushed forward with roar, tanking them as they both punched each other in the face. Kane pushed through, using his skull to forcibly push back Reku’s arm to come in close enough for an uppercut, sending him into the air before he flew passed him and performed an overhead smash to send him towards the ground.
The decoy watched as Reku tried to start a combo or something. His attempt did not last long. Kane easily reversed the combo and started one of his own, sending Reku into the air before trying to send him right back down. Decoy Shadic was not going to let his friend get pummeled into the dirt again, so this time he flew in and caught Reku. He set his friend down before looking up at Kane.
"My turn. You're gonna pay for what you've done!" Decoy Shadic said, pointing at Kane before taking off into the air. The decoy's only goal was to get Kane to swing at him, throw him off guard. It was his dying wish as a decoy to see his team succeed. The decoy wen tin full steam ahead, trying to throw his body into Kane's.
Meanwhile, the real Shadic and the remaining two decoys got into position. Since he could not be sensed, they did not have to worry about Kane expecting this attack. As the decoy got into Kane's range, and presumably was hit full force, other Shadics blinked behind Kane, flipping in the air as they did so, before sending their most forceful kicks downwards onto the beast's back. Of course, only the real Shadic did damage, but the decoys were there for added effect so it could be cooler or something.
Reku stopped himself in midair and looked down as Kane was fighting multiple Shadics. He had no idea what technique it was, since they all seemed to be equally as fast as the original, which wouldn’t make sense with the Multi-Form technique. They all ganged up on Kane, who was getting hit by all their attacks, but wasn’t responding at all. Reku didn’t know if it was because Kane couldn’t feel pain or if they were just not doing damage. Whatever the decoy that rushed at Kane’s intent was, it seemed like it didn’t matter as Kane swung at him with his right fist, intending to send him flying. When he was hit in the back, he reached back with his other hand in an attempt to grab of the decoy’s ankles and slam them into the ground in front of him.
Shadic watched as the decoys went down one by one. His plan went accordingly for about a second or two, but then it was really shut down from there. Kane did punch the first decoy, poofing him out of existence, but from there he sort of just exceeded expectations. He grabbed the remaining two decoys, planning to throw them, but even just grabbing them was enough to disperse them. Somehow Shadic's attack was practically rendered irrelevant, since his kick seemed to do absolutely nothing. It upset him that after all that plotting, his decoys' sacrifice, and the timing he needed to pull something like that off, his kick barely even made an impact on the fight. "Okay, you really just ruined my whole vibe there. Like I was trying to be all awesome and stuff and you just weren't having it. Not cool, man. Not cool."
To recuperate from this devastating realization, Shadic tried to maneuver his way around Kane to get an open hit on his stomach before continuing to fly around. Kane was fast, but he was also massive. Plus, even if slightly so, Shadic was faster. With this in mind, he knew he had to keep moving. If Shadic could be a nuisance to the beast, Reku could take advantage and get some free hits in. It also would be easier to avoid being hit altogether rather than trying to brace for the power Kane packed. Two or three big hits would be devastating for Shadic, even with his slight power advantage.

Kane was hit in the stomach by Shadic before the lightning fast hybrid began flying around him. The constant moving annoyed him, and while he tried numerous times to reach up and grab him, he was not as fast as Shadic. This only made him more angry, him chasing him around trying to get at least a shot him. He would cut straight across, so that by the time Shadic made his next turn, Kane would be there, greeting him with a strong sucker punch to his jaw that would send him to the ground. If this succeeded, he would land on top of him, feet first in order to pin him there.
Reku saw Kane try this, and looked at Azuki, who was doing god knows what right now. “Hey, asshole. Are you gonna help your boyfriend or are you just gonna keep sitting there like an idiot.” He said to her. ‘Calling me a coward when all you’ve done is fire one single shot this whole time’ He thought, acknowledging her hypocrisy.
